I called to order an arrangement for a friend that lived in Warren. I asked if they could deliver it to her. They acted like they'd never heard of Warren! Then I gave them complete instructions on how to get to her house. Don't they have GPS??? Then they wanted to know how much I wanted to spend. I said around $50 or so. Then she told me they had a nice arrangement for $75. I said ok. I asked if it had any roses. She said I could have a couple of roses and she would tell the lady that makes the arrangements. I said great! Well I looked at my account a few days later and the charge was $96 and change! I about passed out! From $50 to $75 and now the final charge was $96?? I completely forgot to order flowers for a funeral with everything going on and called Connelly's last minute the night before and was very pleased. Not only did I call with a short notice, it was right before they were closing and I had no idea what I was doing. The woman who took care of me was patient and polite and helped me order the perfect arrangement for a family member. If in need, I will definitely use their services again. read more

Do not use these people to send flowers to your loved ones! I ordered flowers a day in advance (they offer next day delivery) and then on the day of the delivery, they call and ask if they can have someone else do the order because a 20 minute ride is too far. I start to agree to let them allow some other company handle the order and then they say it'll cost me an additional $8 to do so! Why the hell would I have to pay because you're too Damon lazy to delivery your product?!?! I wouldn't even give them a star but I couldn't write a review without it. read more

I do not recommend this company. I had arrangements to have a bouquet of flowers sent on 11/19. They were never received. This bouquet was for a funeral service. I am beyond being upset and and being embarrassed . I rate this company as a 0 to be honest read more
