I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers.
