Florist said it was delivered to funeral home at a certain time but funeral home has no way of knowing when or if it was delivered. No one can tell me where it was delivered. Florist said they couldn't do anything and now I am out over $100. I feel really bad that I tried to do something really nice for this dear family as I now live out of state and could not be with them and now we are out this expense and our friends never received anything from us.

Then I gave them complete instructions on how to get to her house. Don't they have GPS??? Then they wanted to know how much I wanted to spend. I said around $50 or so. Then she told me they had a nice arrangement for $75. I said ok. I asked if it had any roses. She said I could have a couple of roses and she would tell the lady that makes the arrangements. I said great! Well I looked at my account a few days later and the charge was $96 and change! I about passed out! From $50 to $75 and now the final charge was $96?? Make sure you get a specific amount before you ok it! I know where I'll get my flowers from now on. A little flower shop in Niles that happens to be on Warren Ave. !

Not only did I call with a short notice, it was right before they were closing and I had no idea what I was doing. The woman who took care of me was patient and polite and helped me order the perfect arrangement for a family member. If in need, I will definitely use their services again.
