And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. All price ranges for every pocketbook or need.

Florist said it was delivered to funeral home at a certain time but funeral home has no way of knowing when or if it was delivered. No one can tell me where it was delivered. Florist said they couldn't do anything and now I am out over $100. I feel really bad that I tried to do something really nice for this dear family as I now live out of state and could not be with them and now we are out this expense and our friends never received anything from us.

I was then pointed in the direction of the paint department where I was promptly greeted with fast, friendly service. The guy was very patient with me and very helpful. He guided me through what I needed to to and what to use. Showed me many brands of things I was looking for and never pressured me to buy. He even asked me questions to get to know my project better to give me better advise. I walked away more knowledgeable and more confident in my project. I have no complaints about this store or my visit!

The arrangement contained far fewer flowers than expected, with most of it being greenery. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. I had specifically asked to receive a photo before delivery since we were ordering from out of town, but never received one. My friend sent me one after delivered. Afterward, I reached out privately to Jensen with feedback and never received a response. Had there been some acknowledgment or effort to address the concern, I likely would not be writing this review. I'm sure they may do a better job for local customers who can see arrangements in person, but based on this experience I would not recommend.

The flowers were delivered the very next day! You can choose your delivery day as needed, but how wonderful they were able to accommodate a last minute request. The delivery fee was rather fair, too. The arrangement was beautiful! Not all flowers were in full bloom, so it took a few extra days for the full beauty--just as it should be. The note was printed just as requested and in a lovely font. They did my vow renewal bouquet at an amazing price...I took in a pic that I found online and she found the exact flowers and feathers that I needed and made it for half the price that it was online! And I just went back for a saddle arrangement for my dads tomb stone and again her husband made me exactly what I wanted at a funominal price! Such great people to do business with!
