Jensen's created a beautiful arrangement in terms of style, but unfortunately it did not feel…read morerepresentative of the price paid for flowers. The arrangement contained far fewer flowers than expected, with most of it being greenery. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. I had specifically asked to receive a photo before delivery since we were ordering from out of town, but never received one. My friend sent me one after delivered. Afterward, I reached out privately to Jensen with feedback and never received a response. Had there been some acknowledgment or effort to address the concern, I likely would not be writing this review. I'm sure they may do a better job for local customers who can see arrangements in person, but based on this experience I would not recommend.

I tracked down this little florist in this little town so that I could send flowers to my…read moregrandmother. I could have used 1 800 .... but I wanted to speak directly with the flower shop to ask a favor. They have a great web site where I easily placed my order. I then followed up with a phone call asking them to please call me after the flowers were delivered so I could call my grandmother. If I don't call her right away, she'll forget that they were received and tell me "no, I didn't get any flowers." God bless her, she's 95. The driver delivered the flowers then called the shop who then called me in San Francisco. He was just leaving my grandmother's driveway when I called her to confirm the flowers. This is customer service!
