The arrangement was fresh, beautiful, and clearly put together with great care. My sister also mentioned that the woman who delivered them was incredibly kind, even after being greeted by my sister's very enthusiastic (and slightly intimidating!) dog. I was a little hesitant to order at first after seeing some of the older Google reviews. However, I noticed that many of them were written several years ago, and businesses can change and improve a lot over time. Based on my experience, I'm so glad I decided to give them a chance. From the easy ordering process and fair pricing to the quick delivery, beautiful quality, and exceptional customer service, every part of this experience exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering from them again. If you're on the fence, I'd definitely recommend giving this florist a chance for your next order. I have a feeling you'll be just as happy with the quality, service, and overall experience as I was!

Flash forward 2 months and I just called to order another rather large bouquet and the lady told me I was banned from purchasing flowers from them. That apparently I was so unkind to them asking for what I ordered that she told me "there are plenty of flower shops, go find another one honey!" Well then... guess I will go find another one!
