I have sent multiple bouquets from this place and they have been stunning, which I told him at the time I placed my order, but this time my order was far from that and I felt for their error I should have received an adjustment. I indicated multiple times, no need to take the flowers back, just credit my account. Of which I did receive $21.50 back in the end. Flash forward 2 months and I just called to order another rather large bouquet and the lady told me I was banned from purchasing flowers from them.
