So when I called to let the man who took my order know, he wanted to go and take the flowers away from my goddaughter, and then bring them back after he fixed them. I said absolutely not, you can not go take the flowers away from her, that seemed very odd to do. Simple request that was met with meanness from this man & being told that I was being unreasonable because I didn't want him to take the flowers away from my goddaughter. It felt like taking candy away from a kid after giving it to her, seemed and felt really uncool to do. I have sent multiple bouquets from this place and they have been stunning, which I told him at the time I placed my order, but this time my order was far from that and I felt for their error I should have received an adjustment. I indicated multiple times, no need to take the flowers back, just credit my account. Of which I did receive $21.50 back in the end. Flash forward 2 months and I just called to order another rather large bouquet and the lady told me I was banned from purchasing flowers from them. That apparently I was so unkind to them asking for what I ordered that she told me "there are plenty of flower shops, go find another one honey!" Well then... guess I will go find another one!
