It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. Plus there are now an excessive amount of air fresheners scattered across the bathroom to cover up the horrible smell from lack of cleaning. A lot of people, including myself, are sensitive to fragrances (especially when there are so many in one small space), and I got horribly sick with a migraine after being in this restroom for just a few minutes.

And driving through Lowelville, and Giant Eagle in Poland, did a Google, and saw Kushner's was very close to our location. Went there, it was after 4pm on a weekday. Was suprised they were even open. Got GREAT personal service, the flowers we got had just been trimmed out. The garden spade and other tools I bought were great quality and very inexpensive. I will be back to buy more plants, and garden type stuff. They have solar lights, trelisses, fountains and pond care accessories. I very strongly reccomend anyone shop here for any gardening needs. And they have more than just plants. Landscaping material, stones bricks statues patio furniture etc. and prices on most items that beat walmart easily. Add in the quality of what they sell, and the honest interest the staff shows for the customer, and you have a place that is exactly what I want when doing something as important as buying plants and landscaping materials for the house, or for your apartment patio or deck. I did not expect that with over a weeks notice the bouquets would be made the day before and left to sit overnight- even though they were not sent out until almost noon. Also requested the flowers to be not fully bloomed to ensure longer viability but this was not fulfilled and despite reassurance, the bouquets did not last very long. For the amount I spent, I was very disappointed in the quality and customer service.
