They were so patient about avoiding flowers that are toxic to cats and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Even though they don't typically carry dark or gloomy arrangements, they worked with what my daughter loves -- sunflowers and the color green -- and created something truly unique. Thank you, Kraynak's, for listening, caring, and going the extra mile. This is customer service at its finest. You've earned a loyal customer for life!
