After having had enough of their unreliable security mischief I quit using them. Then I got bill after bill after bill. I spoke to MICHELLE who was worse than useless. She came up with excuse after excuse...."We were bought out" "You talked to the wrong person" "You have to write a letter" "You wrote to the wrong person" blah, blah, blah.... If you are selling security, you must be competent. MICHELLE and the people at Connective Home (formerly Saturn, previously American) don't get it. The bottom line is clear. If you want peace of mind, look elsewhere. If want reliable security for your family or business, look elsewhere. If If you want a REAL security company look anywhere else but here. The idea came to me that a specialist in home entertainment systems may be able to help me, This was last Saturday so I called Custom Automation Technologies, Inc. in New Albany who were open until 6 pm. The owner, Dan Hoehnen, answered my call, talked with me about my system, and said he would come out that same afternoon and take care of it. Which he did, for about 1.5 hours he skillfully integrated a Roku stick into my mini-network which consists of an 11 year old plasma TV, a DVR, Spectrum cable box, a 11 year old DVD player all controlled by an 11 year old Bose Life Style sound system. Others had failed at this integration task, but Dan knew exactly what had to be done. He explained every step as he worked so that when he was finished I had full Roku capability on my system. He also explained how I should access and use the new feature, even helping me to document every step in the process. To top it off, he invited me to call him anytime I have a problem or a question.
