I've been a patient for a few years now and have seen both Anna Burke and Raymond. First of all,…read morethe staff is very rude, and they do not care about their patients. Second of all, these physicians will do everything they can to get money out of you. That being said, I was going to this office (for around 2-3 years) with the intention of getting my thyroid diagnosed/under control. After multiple blood tests, scans, and referrals to a specialist (mind you the "specialist" they sent me to just told me I was allergic to gluten and sent me on my way) they told me I was fine. I felt like I was being dramatic because I did not FEEL fine, but they insisted that I was okay. Cool, great, moving on. Fast forward to the last few months where I have been having more severe symptoms. Of course I start worrying, and decide to FINALLY get a second opinion because something didn't feel right. And bam, they diagnosed me FIRST try with Hashimotos Autoimmune Disease...The pure anger I had felt was unexplainable. This staff does not know what they're doing, and they will run you around in circles just so they can make money. DO NOT COME HERE!

While I do like Dr. Burke, and feel she takes the time to listen to my concerns, lately when I call for an appointment, she is booked up thru the next 12 months. The MyChart resource says that my prescriptions can't be renewed at this time. Why not? And how do we get in touch with anyone when no one answers the phone?!! This is not the first time I've experienced this pathetic service. Definitely time to change doctors. And perhaps that is the message they are sending!

Took her off of a psych med that she had been on for 17 years without telling anybody. Tried to add a psych med on for nerve pain without adjusting current psych meds. More than once added on a medication she was allergic to despite repeated family warnings and had an idea to re-create a weight loss medication made of multiple drugs, without adjusting the levels to what was in the medication she was trying to duplicate. Listening to the patient is great but when you don't listen to the patient caregivers you miss a lot of really important information that is pertinent to caring for the patient. Especially with geriatric patients that are confused. When my mother presented with severe back pain, she ordered muscle relaxers and PT instead of doing imaging. That back pain turned out to be metastatic cancer that killed my mom. I was going to write this review before my mom died, but that is just the icing on the cake. Repeated frustrating visits with this doctor. You just don't blow off the patient caregivers or change routine psychiatric meds without telling anyone. Poor management across providers. NOT OK!!! Don't turn your back for a second with geriatric loved ones!

While Dr. Dutton is truly exceptional and has consistently provided…read morecompassionate, high-quality care--always treating patients with kindness and even offering prayers after visits--my experience with the front office staff has been overwhelmingly negative. There is virtually no sense of customer service at the front desk. The office manager, Beth, in particular, has been consistently rude and unhelpful. The administrative team's unprofessional and dismissive attitude has turned what should be a supportive environment into a source of stress. Unfortunately, this has made continuing care at this office impossible for our family. It's incredibly disheartening to feel that the focus here is more on business than on patients. Rather than offering flexibility with payment plans or fair pricing for those without insurance, the practice appears far more concerned with charging high rates than finding solutions. This transactional approach feels completely at odds with the heart and empathy that Dr. Dutton herself demonstrates. To fellow parents, especially in the baseball community: please think carefully before bringing your children here. A great doctor cannot make up for a front office that treats families poorly and prioritizes profit over care.

NOT IMPRESSED! And NO DESIRE TO EVER RETURN and would NOT RECOMMEND to my Worst Enemy!…read more HOWEVER, Nursing Staff was Wonderful, Friendly, and Concerned about this Patient! HOSPITAL DID NOT CARE AT All! LAST Involved Doctor, Issued an Order that he was concerned about possible Stent Blood Clotting that might be taking place! So he was NOT going to Release Me UNTIL he conducted ONE last Test "Just to be Sure". (Patient greatly Appreciated his Professionalism and CONCERN!) HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, I'd give a "0"! After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. NEVER Told Nurses, nor PATIENT, that My Best Interest Concerns had been CANCELED! I was, and Still Am, Concerned about my Health and having even MORE Negative Issues that Appear to be related to New Heart Stent. Based on what I have read, I AM LIVING IN FEAR of having ANOTHER, Possibly FATAL, Heart Attack!!! GIVEN NO CHOICE but to Meet with a Personal Injury ATTY next week in case my Heart FAILS and for my Family to consult with!

Though my journey of healing is not done, this message is not intended to ask you for anything. I am able to laugh and cry and feel the warmth of the sun on my face today - all because of choices you made. Your efforts to help me survive and now LIVE again have been a huge success. I am so grateful to you for helping me experience the last year and a half of my life.
