I stopped seeing her when she openly mocked me and was loudly laughing about me to her staff down the hall while I was sitting in the treatment room waiting to be seen. All because she disagreed with the diagnosis of a specialist SHE sent me to. She has been knowingly over charging my husband and putting the burden on him to investigate and correct issues with the insurance instead of being a professional and helping him get it corrected. Now even after it's been corrected she is refusing to refund us until she gets paid by the insurance company. It is not our responsibility to front the cost of insurance, he never should have been charged in the first place. She also yelled at me on the phone for 30 minutes because we called and asked her for a referral after my husband was brutally assaulted and needed to see on ophthalmologist for severe orbital fractures. Apparently we didn't follow "common procedure" like we would know what common procedure is for being assaulted by someone. She is also extremely pushy about managing all of your care and doesn't like for you to see specialists. She just wants to shove drugs at you and will ridicule you if you ask to speak to a specialist for your problems. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Doesn't care about her patients, she just wants to make as much money as she can with as little effort as possible. All of her front office staff follow her lead and are also extremely rude. Anyone leaving her a good review doesn't know any better. Dr. Goyal is the embodiment of what is wrong with the healthcare industry today. Find a different doctor. EDIT: Now because I've left her a bad review she is threatening us! AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS.

She then wouldn't give my money back and continued to raise her voice at me while my son was there holding my hand. I have never been treated like this in front of my child and by a doctor at that! She lacks composure! completely refused to refund me or lower her voice so I could continue to be seen for my symptoms. I had to run out of there before she scared my child any more.

I originally had a procedure set up with him, but my insurance deemed him out of network. I called about two weeks prior to my surgery date to cancel, due to my insurance not accepting him as in network. I was forwarded to a nurse/assistant line where I left a voicemail with my contact info and requested a callback/cancel. Fast forward a few days and I received a text from the hospital where my procedure was supposed to be. Again, I call ten days prior to the surgery. A woman at the front desk sounded confused when I asked to confirm my surgery for august 11th was cancelled. She requested my name and number and advised she will call if she still sees it scheduled and if I don't hear from her, it was cancelled. No return call, assumed the surgery was cancelled. Fast forward to the day prior, I receive another text from the surgery facility. I text them that I have tried cancelling this TWICE with the doctors office. Now, day of, I received two calls from the facility and two from this office asking where I am/what happened. I am incredibly angry that I had called TWICE TO CANCEL but nobody could manage to relay the message. The negligence of the front desk has wasted the time of the facility, their staff, Dr. Fliedner and myself. I BEST not be charged due to the front office staffs inability to do their job.

After my beloved PCP retired/moved out of state, I decided to try Bridlewood Family Healthcare due…read moreto proximity to home and because my prior PCP had stated that my medical records would be transferred there. The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!

Dr Tang is very professional and kind. He spends a good amount of time and addresses all my concerns. I highly recommend!!!!!

**Let me preface this that I am basing this review off the LivingSocial coupon I used - they may be…read morea great rehab/chiropractic center but this is based on my experience using their coupon.*** To put my experience simply, I was pretty much a victim of false advertising. I was gifted a LivingSocial coupon for a 1-hour massage and 20 minute decompression treatment. Making the appointment was fine - I was responded to within an hour or so. The building was nice - though I will say I didn't know it was their building because the words "River Oaks Spine Center" was nowhere to be found. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I was called back to one room about 10 minutes after my appointment started (4:10). The doctor I spoke to was nice enough - he asked me about my history regarding back issues, any problem areas, etc - this took about 5-10 minutes. He left and said the masseuse would come get me to begin my treatment. I wait another 5 minutes before she comes. We go upstairs to the massage rooms - they aren't anything special but fine. She leaves me for a few minutes to use the restroom and undress. Once the massage starts, the masseuse is sweet, she asks me where my problem areas are and she's doing a good job. NOTE: this is not a relaxing full-body massage, rather it is more of a pressure-point/work out issues/pain you are having in your back. With that said, she focused on my shoulders which was fine because they ARE my problem area - and again, she did a good job. HOWEVER, much to my dismay after what seemed like no time at all, she tells me she's done and instructs me to get dressed and meet her downstairs. I look at the giant clock in the room and it is 5:06 - so my 1-hour massage was really a 30 minute massage at most. I am sad and confused at this point. So I go downstairs to another room and she has me lie down to get hooked up to a cupping/electrode machine thing. She puts 6 sensors on my back and turns it on. I would guess it was on for about 10 minutes - part of me was willing to forgive the short massage because I thought that maybe this was part of the massage hour (I am a fairly understanding person) HOWEVER, much to my dismay, once the timer buzzes, she tells me I'm done. Huh?? I follow her to the front and I ask her about the 20-minute decompression treatment I was supposed to get. She said that they decided the cupping therapy was better for what I needed. Urrrrr - ok but that's not what my coupon said?!? Maybe if they gave me the option before changing it on me, I wouldn't have minded but I feel like this whole thing was just a crock. I then asked her if the massage was really an hour and she said that the hour INCLUDES my consultation with the doctor, etc. HUH?? Again, that is not what the coupon said. And I would've happily given up my chat with the doc for more massage time. I wasn't in a feisty enough mood to create a scene about all this while I was there (I guess I was relaxed, so that's a plus!), but I am super disappointed and would not recommend the coupon to anyone because of the false advertising. I could forgive them if they were honest - I still would've paid the $38 for a "30 minute massage" and an extra "therapy session of their suggestion" but that is not what was bought for me. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because, like I said earlier, the building was nice, and the masseuse did a good job. Meh.
