I only see them when I have to. The ones I have seen do not have a good bedside manner. And interestingly enough, a few recent reviews on Google have mentioned not being able to get antibiotics when needed and that is the exact same thing that happened to me last time I had to see the PAs. I was terribly sick but because I didn't have the flu or Covid they wouldn't do anything for me except prescribe some cough meds (that were a waste of money and didn't help at all). It took more than one visit for me to eventually be given antibiotics and hey guess what, I finally started to get better after a few days on the antibiotics. The wait time is absolutely atrocious. I appreciate how much time Dr. G takes with me so I can only assume he does the same with everyone else. Perhaps the office should consider booking fewer patients for him each day. Although fewer appointments means less billing so I doubt that will ever happen. At the end of the day I will likely keep coming here until I am given a really good reason not to.

And prescriptions automatically sent to the pharmacy so I don't have to wait. Perfect experience.

I understand that I missed appointments in the past, and I take responsibility for that. However, those missed appointments were months ago, and since then I've been told that I can only schedule same-day appointments. The problem is that when I call for a same-day appointment, I'm then told the office is already fully booked. That leaves me in a situation where I'm unable to schedule in advance, but I also can't reliably be seen the same day. I called today because I'm currently dealing with an issue that requires medical attention, and I even took half a day off work specifically so I could be seen, only to be told there was no availability. I completely understand having policies regarding missed appointments, but there should also be a reasonable path for established patients to regain normal scheduling privileges, especially after several months. A policy that prevents a patient from scheduling ahead while offering no guarantee of same-day availability makes it extremely difficult to access care. After being a patient here for years, it's disappointing that I'm now considering finding another provider simply because I cannot reliably get an appointment when I need medical care.

He never rushes one out of the consultation room. He listens, asks pertinent questions and addresses concerns promptly and with much kindness. I have found him to be respectful and open minded. His staff is welcoming and as Covid19 took over our country and the world, they implemented safety measures and to date, they remain consistent with their approach. As a patient, I truly appreciate that. Whenever there has been a need for a referral, Dr. Bailey and his staff are prompt to address that and if warranted, they work to get that done as soon as feasible. They have an app system for communication and to have access to our records so as a patient, I have find it invaluable. I do not live near so, it is quite a drive for us but, I really do not mind because I feel I get the best care there. My children who are now adults, have chosen to stay with Dr. Bailey as well. My daughter has even taken her son to see him so, that is 3 generations of our family staying with Dr. Bailey so, I hope that translates into how well we regard him and his staff at Precision Family Medicine. He is definitely worth the title of "Trusted Family Physician". P.S. It is sad that someone who is not even a patient posted a negative review based solely on personal beliefs regarding vaccines. As a parent I have taken good care of informing myself on whatever I have chosen for my children's health. Vaccine studies are still ongoing and some show relation to ASD and some do not. Vaccines are a personal choice and at Dr. Bailey's office so far we have NEVER been intimidated into accepting them, on the contrary, with each vaccine we have been provided all pertinent information regarding the vaccine which included if they have been related to any health concern leaving the patient or patient's parent to make an informed decision. - I am actually not one to get the influenza vaccine every year. Dr. Bailey asks and when I say no, he let's that be the last word. If I am not certain, he is open for me to ask for his opinion and candidly shares it. If you are wanting someone who sees you within 5 minutes of walking in the door, spends 5 minutes with you and writes you a prescription, you may not be a good fit for this practice. Dr. Perijoc spends time with you, asks a lot of questions and runs tests to determine what going on with you. She writes prescriptions when needed, but she also addresses prevention and suggests supplements to keep you from needing prescriptions. Her knowledge is extensive and she works hard to ensure that you are not put into a box as many providers are forced to do when they have to see so many patients per day to be able to actually make a living. But if you are looking for a quality provider, she is the best we have ever seen. She is careful with your health and works to not over or under treat any condition. I am glad we finally slowed down enough to put our health and that of our kids first. We all see her and all are healthier for it!

He absolutely listens to what you tell him -- he never rushes you out the door and, in fact, continues to ask questions until you really can't think of anything else. He really wants to know what your concerns are. On top of that, he is extremely kind and covers all the bases when helping with a medical problem. When I go back each time he remembers what we talked about (not just things he could read from my file) and shapes his treatment around the whole picture, not just the one thing you need to talk about that day.
