If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be warning every nissan owner I know to not bring their vehicle in to Conicelli Nissan Service center. I brought my vehicle in for a new transmission repair. During the repair, technicians broke my starter and its mount. While it was replaced at no cost to me, 24 hours after picking up my vehicle with a brand new transmission AND starter, my vehicle had a leak and power steering issue. Conicelli had to cover a tow for me and kept my vehicle for yet another day to do the repair. The technician informed me that I would not be charged for the repair since it was, once again, damaged during their recent work. I should note that this vehicle is a 2018 Nissan altima, which only had 53,000 miles on it at the time of transmission failure. In the past, conicelli has messed up work on my vehicle related to a throttle body replacement as well. I appreciate that the work was completed on my car. However, the amount of time, money, stress, and energy I wasted throughout this ordeal has taken years off my life. If you take one thing from this, do NOT bring your car to this service center. read more

I purchased 3 brand new Nissans from this dealership in the last 2 years. I do like the Nissan brand and vehicles but the service departments are the worst. Just go to an Independent shop, you'll thank me later. I've been dealing with a LOUD clicking and cracking sound for almost a year now. Service managers tell me they can't replicate it, yea ok... it's CONSTANT. They wasted my time with replacing the air bag, lubing things, etc. I've found dozens of other owners online with the same problem. This is a DEFECT that they won't address. The last straw was when the techs starting abusing my car by banging on things and calling me a "Mother Fvcker". Love Nissans... but after you buy a car, don't ever go to a dealership for service. I'm stationed in Germany and need 10 nuts and bolts for my lower control arms. The dealers and mechanics out here can't obtain them, so I placed the order myself to an APO address. My order was canceled with no reason given. When I asked if there was a reason or anything to be done, I was told "Sorry but no. The order can not be placed or reordered." Zero explanation, so I asked for more detail, specifying I want to know if I'll have the same issue at another dealer. "Sorry I do not know how another dealer may process the order. This was my second time purchasing a car at Conicelli Nissan. I purchased my 2015 Juke at Conicelli and have always had it serviced there as well. My experience has been very good, and so I went there when it was time for a new car. The salesperson I worked with was Gideon Ndlovu and he worked very hard to get me the car I really wanted, a 2024 Kicks SR in Monarch Orange. He was so nice and a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable about the different Kicks models. He found the exact car I wanted and had it ready for me in 2 days. And being able to do the paperwork online at home was a great bonus, saving time at the dealership. I have had experience in other Nissan dealerships in the past, and Conicelli is by far the best. read more

1) My appointment at Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken PA was on August 1st, 2024. It was for my annual inspection, filter changes, and an oil change. On this visit, and maybe other recent oil changes, the sticker indicates that I should return after 3,000 miles. One of the reasons that one uses synthetic oil is so that one doesn't have to return for at least 5,000 miles. So here alone, and already we see blaringly open scam-like behavior. Also, they took my mileage for the next oil change from info from the sticker in the cabin, rather than looking at my odometer, which was quite different. 2) I was happy to have a $10 coupon for my filter changes, but there were "G.O.G" and Miscellaneous charges that totaled $44. This is almost the cost of an oil change. "G.O.G" should not be an acronym, and the customer should be told why they have to pay $31.59 to have their used filters thrown in the trashcan. This scam behavior negates any coupons or other apparent discounts that are being offered, thus playing a head (and wallet) game with the customer. 3) Ra.... told me that though my car might seem fine now, in the future if I don't replace the "Lower Control Arms" I could have stability issues. He was reluctant to even use the word "Lower control arms." His words were hushed and difficult to hear. He had already checked and had seen that I had an extended warranty (I'm convinced he did this before finding a "problem") but refused to give me the cost of the apparent "deductible." I bought this 7-year warranty from Nissan when I bought the car. There's a "deductible"? He made the time for the appointment for 30 minutes earlier than I wanted, and although he claimed to change it on his end, subsequent emails always said "8 AM." I emailed him later to have him tell me how much I would have to pay for this apparently non-essential job, and he ignored it. I called finally, and he said that he was too busy to email me the cost of the job at a later time. I told him that I would walk in with $100, and if it cost more, that I wouldn't be able to pay it. He said nothing. I later created what I called an "asymmetrical contract" of my own, wherein I indicated that I would only pay up to $100 for a deductible, which I emailed to Ra.... and to Ad.... Nobody ever replied to this. Until the day after I was supposed to have the replacement performed. Ra... called and told me that it would be $100, and that his "email wasn't working properly" (after I asked him on the phone to get back to me with the price of the job). 4) When I was paying for my oil change/inspection/filter changes, the (truly) lovely woman at the front desk had zero cash. It was 12 PM. I only had cash, and wound up paying in such a way where I had to go to the bank afterwards and cash a large bill, so that I would have spending money. Thus my time was wasted because the woman had no cash with which to make change. 5) When I made the initial appointment for this oil change, the woman who made the appointment screwed up every aspect of it. The man who received me (Ad... --who was very nice, and I wish he would have been the person to interface with me for the rest of the service) asked me if I wanted synthetic oil, as this was not what was indicated. I have only ever used synthetic oil. I was never asked about this on the phone call. Some other aspect of what she notated for he appointment (relating to oil) was entirely wrong as well. 6) I was emailed another "person with my names bill (after I received my own bill): I emailed it back and said that I was not Mr. Bluestein, and then nobody ever emailed back to say "Thank you for letting me know. I apologize for sending you another person's bill." 7) Now I have to take my car to another locale to look at my "Lower Control Arms" because I don't even trust that the oil change was done correctly. At this time I have no idea if I actually need to have these replaced. 8) I just received an email from Nissan, thanking me for servicing my "Rouge". I have a Versa Note. 9) I have followed up upon the assessment that "Lower Control Arms" were in need of replacement, at a local service facility. The mechanic took me under my vehicle to show me what he looks for (to recommend replacement) and what my own control arms look like. I saw how they were in perfect condition. Nowhere at all in need of replacement. 10) Now for the most unprecedented aspect of this situation. I received a call, first thing this morning [8/14/24] from Ra..., informing me that I have an appointment at 8:30 tomorrow morning to have the Lower Control Arms replaced, and that it would be $100. Indeed, I never made an appointment after having the car looked at by a local mechanic the other day, as I was informed that the Arms were in perfect condition, and in no need of replacement. This borders on the mildly insane to me. What was going through Ra.... mind? Every aspect was surreal/horrific. read more

On September 20th I arrived at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm oil change appointment. I was told that my 75K service would take up to 90 minutes. I specifically asked the service representative, she consulted with another representative, to confirm the location was not on a high waiting time period. Had it been, I would have gone elsewhere as I was unable to wait longer than an hour and a half. At 5:00pm, I let the service representative, Kelly Bolden, know that I had to leave, that it was urgent. I requested to pay early so that when the car was ready, we could quickly depart. I had a very important appointment for my daughter. She said that she would write up an early invoice so that I could pay, to give her 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I was still there with no invoice in hand patiently waiting. The service manager, Jesse Barksdale, made a weak attempt to correct the problem by speaking to me when I asked the cashier for the service manager's business card. When I let him know that I was furious, surprisingly in a very calm speaking voice, and unsatisfied, I asked for a next step resolution. He shrugged his shoulders and said that I could take it up with Paula DiGiacomo, who I believe is the owner of Conicelli Nissan. My young daughter missed a very important doctors appointment. I took my car for its yearly inspection here. My Altima is about 8 years old, and every time I've gotten it inspected previously, it had no issues. When I got the call from the serviceman, he rattled off a half dozen things I didn't understand for a total bill of around $1700. After talking to several car savvy people, I realized that I got completely taken advantage of. There is no way an 8 year old car should rack up an inspection bill that high. In addition, they charged me $100 for a tire realignment. When I asked why, they said it was recommended after one of the parts they serviced. I wasn't recommended, it was just done and charged. It was my lack of knowledge that out trust into a dealership to not take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars. One person I had talked to about it called dealerships "stealerships." That sums it up perfectly. On the bright side, everyone is very friendly. Which I now feel is more of a manipulation tactic at this point. I went because my 2018.rogue was making a loud noise I scheduled a appointment went same day. I told them to check the tire first I was told it wasn't the tire. It went to the service side who explained it was a.transverce case and rear.differential The suggestion was from the service person to change out the left.front tire and I could get the work done. I was given a appointment for the next day ,I was told a adjuster would be out to see if the warranty coverage rental and OK the work He came out the next day two days later after I tried to get the next. READ your paperwork! Check each page for hidden fees and double check their calculations! After buying a used jeep I went to review my paperwork at home because I needed the receipt for the New Jersey title work and noticed that they added a dealership fee and tripled the registration fee on purpose and no one could tell me why. They had me fill out 2 PA title applications and no NJ forms BUT I'm registering in NJ!! Then I noticed the taxes were different on the bill of sale and perhaps incorrectly calculated. (PA and NJ are calculated differently) I was passed around from person to person and no one knew how to address the errors. I became furious that even mangers could not explain/ correct I cannot reach anyone at the dealership anymore besides texting my salesman who keeps saying he will let the manger know. It's been sixty days and still do not have an answer or my tags! on top of that the dashboard is malfunctioning but the service manager hasn't contacted me either. I found that after each time my car was taken to this dealership for service, it would always end up with more issues. Sometimes I chalked it up to the car getting older, but my last service changed this assumption. With lack luster customer service I was told that I would need my AC Compressor replaced. With the cost of that being $1100 - $1300 I declined the immediate service and began to review my options. Since I have had issues with them in the past, I decided to get a second opinion from a shop that came highly recommended from automotive friends. The second opinion resulted in the find of the true cause of the problem which was not the AC Compressor, it was the blower for the AC. An animal had removed portions of my insulation and tried to nest in there. This total cost came out to around $600. Finding a reliable mechanic is difficult, especially when they have numbers they have to hit. I will not be doing any further business with any of the Conicelli dealerships and if asked, I would not recommend their service. *Note: I am not familiar with their sales team this review is based solely on service* read more

This is NOT a good service experience, my car is a 2020 murano platinum, for unknown reason this vehicle takes on water after heavy rain, I've had this car serviced several times ( no answer why water collects inside the car ). Paid less than 100 for first service, 2nd service cost 300 for same reason, no answer given as to why. DAY 25...still no car and have no idea when it will be complete. Insurance released payment directly to dealer last week (oct 2nd) and parts were supposed to be in last Wednesday (oct 3). Nissan North America arbitration agreed to cover the difference between total cost and insurance coverage October 3rd as well. Dealer was informed of this. There still is no update on ETA of return of our vehicle, so we left message this morning. No one returned our call. State Farm corporate called as well. We then called again this afternoon and finally got a person on the line. They stated they haven't even started working on it because service advisor said I hadn't given permission to begin work (this is innaccurate) and he is out of town. I want my car fixed thoroughly and returned to me please. The dealer has been paid and this customer service nightmare has gone on too long. We bought a new Nissan Rogue from Conicelli in July 2019. At the time I thought it would be good to let them service the vehicle. They performed the first oil change with no problem. The time came for the second oil change. I was concerned about the noise the engine makes when we first start it up in the morning and asked Conicelli service to check this for me. It rattles really bad. They told me to drop the car off the night before, which I did, so they could listen to the engine cold start and then they would change the oil. They called late the next day to tell me the car was ready. The noise was "normal", "they all do it" was the technical answer to my noise problem. I picked the car up with a receipt for the oil change. The first thing I noticed was there was no new oil sticker on the windshield. An oversight I thought. Two weeks later there was a notice on my dashboard saying the oil needed changing. I checked under the hood and the oil was black and dirty and none of the fluids were topped off. Obviously the oil was never changed. I called to complain and they came to my house and picked up the car to try to actually change the oil this time. A few months passed and I notice a small oil spot under my new car on my new driveway. I took the car to a local mechanic and he showed me the source of my small oil leak. It was leaking at the oil plug. The mechanic said the best procedure is to replace the metal washer on the plug. The Conicelli tech did put on a new metal washer but never took the old one off, there were two on there now, resulting in a small, but never the less oil leak. Now it is August, 2022 and I have a Check engine light on my dashboard. I bring the car in and I'm told they charge $150.00 to diagnose Check engine lights. Everyone else does it for free. Oh, and the car is 20 days out of warranty with only 22,253 miles! Would they do something for me, out of goodwill? Probably not the guy at the counter says, I'm not a "loyal" service customer!!! Why would I be with my experience? So they order the part and I leave the car because I need it (my wife has serious health issues). It would definitely be done on Wednesday. So of course it wasn't ready as promised. The tech was "having a bad day" I was told. This is Wednesday night and I can only hope and pray the tech has a better day tomorrow and I get our car fixed. read more

If it's your first time going make sure you come with a huge sign telling them so because you will get absolutely zero guidance. The gentleman took my car and threw my key somewhere that the receptionist had to search for it. I drove 45 minutes to get there (gas ain't cheap!) and sat for two hours with nothing being done to my car. I gave all the information when I made the appointment was told it would take 90 minutes. After the guy took my car he gave me a ticket and said go in and have a seat. I walk in and two guys are arguing over one guy not seeing the other with things in his hand and the other saying he did t know he was waiting so they were totally into themselves and didn't ask can we help you and everyone else was huddled like a meeting was going on. My experience with Conicelli Nissan was mostly positive. They were very prompt in returning calls and answering all of my concerns about financing a vehicle (this was the first time I ever leased a new car). Their internet contact, Courtney scheduled me in for an appointment with a salesman, John Scola - a very amicable guy. I forgot he was a salesman at times. He didn't make me feel like just some guy trying to sell me a car, but really worked hard to get me a great deal on a lease for a new Nissan Sentra, which I love. Sorry I didn't get that same warm and fuzzy feeling from the finance manager, but, hey, who does? It's hard to warm up to some guy that makes you sit there signing all those papers while trying to get you to sign a protection plan in case your car takes a BB to the windshield, which will inevitably cost you your firstborn child. And never cracks a smile. Aah, that's okay, it's his job. To tell the truth, I kinda wish I had opted for it that plan, now. Note - if you get an offer for that package, you should probably take it if you can. You can't put a price on the piece of mind you'll get when you don't have to worry about getting a little ding. Overall, the time I spent on the lot was minimal. They didn't try to push anything on me I didn't ask for or want. A few days later, I got a follow-up phone call asking how I liked the car and they also sent a survey. I usually don't bother with surveys unless I have something to complain about, so they should be happy that I didn't have a reason to fill it out. Hey, thank you to John Scola.
