After dealing with the other dealerships mentioned above, I always found myself right back where I bought my other car, Don Rosen in Conshohocken.

Fast forward to years later and here I am calling them from another state needing their help ASAP due to me getting pulled over in Florida. To no surprise, assistance and help is what I got DESPITE being states away and they did it ASAP! The main thing I want everyone to know when coming to this dealership is, it's not just a sell/ purchase with them. It's making a connection with a customer and ensuring even afterwards they know someone at the dealership will assist. Never in my life did I experience such incredible customer service! They did not have to help me states away, yet phone calls were made and people who were not even on shift stepped up to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude for what this specific location did for me! It's beyond customer service ! The women working the day I called Friday 2/7/25 need to stay at this dealership FOREVER! I cannot begin to express how proud the owner should be knowing when they are not physically on site , this is how your company is being represented and it's phenomenal.

We went to Battaglia yesterday and I let my mom do all the talking, she told them what she was looking for, what her price range was and when I tell you every single person in there was walking in and out of the room asking questions to make sure they fully understood what it was she wanted/didn't want... made sure they didn't go over her price range... pulling 4/5/6 cars out of the lot for her to test drive... she finally found the car she LOVED... They gave her an amazing price for it and gave her a lot more for her trade then other places we went to. We left there and she couldn't stop smiling because not only did she feel like she did it "herself" but she felt like she was treated like a human, she left knowing she wasn't ripped off and even more so, she left with the car she LOVED. I can't thank EVERYONE at Battaglia enough for the most amazing car buying experience ever-- they are not sales man/women who force feed you cars and push you to do this or that... they LISTEN, they care. We wont be buying care anywhere else!

My experience at Conicelli Hyundai was nothing short of a nightmare, and most of it came down to my…read moreservice advisor, Ruthann. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line in October 2025. Not long after, I had an intermittent check engine light, a warranty trim concern, and needed an oil change. Even getting service scheduled was a hassle. I was told they "weren't accepting new customers," which I had never heard of. Shaun, the Assistant Service Manager, was the one bright spot early on. He stayed polite and professional even when I was understandably frustrated, and he managed to fit me in. At the first visit, they did the oil change, said they couldn't replicate the check engine light, and ordered the trim piece. A few weeks later, I returned for the trim appointment and the check engine light came on again. I told them at drop-off, gave them the code, and even had photo/video evidence. I was told there were no loaners, so I rented a car. The next day, I got a call, not from Ruthann, but from Tim (the Service Manager), who arranged a loaner because my vehicle needed additional time and parts. From there, the communication and follow-through fell apart, and Ruthann was the reason. I was promised updates that never came. Calls weren't returned. I went in person and found my vehicle sitting in the front customer lot, partially disassembled, with the cowl removed and the engine area exposed. Ruthann gave me vague, confusing explanations about what was happening and assured me it wouldn't be left outside like that, yet it remained outside in that condition. After about a week and a half, I was told my car was ready, but they again said they "couldn't replicate" the check engine light, despite the code and evidence I provided. I was told to "bring it back when it comes on." A few days later, I noticed my windshield washer fluid no longer sprayed right after they had the cowl removed. I checked the reservoir myself, filled it, and clearly told them it was full. I brought the car back, and Ruthann called me at 9:00 a.m. the next morning claiming the washer fluid was "just empty," that they filled it, that the check engine light was not present, and that everything was "normal operation." That was not true. When I came to pick up the car, I tested the washer sprayers in front of her and they did not work at all. Ruthann still insisted it was "normal operation" while I was literally demonstrating the opposite. That level of dishonesty and dismissal was beyond insulting. Tim came out, had me pop the hood, found a disconnected washer line, and fixed it in about 10 seconds. At that point, I was frustrated to the point of tears because after three visits my car had more issues than when I first brought it in. Weeks later, the check engine light returned again. I brought it in immediately, and this time the same code I had been providing for over a month finally showed while they had the car. They replaced all four fuel injectors, and I do appreciate that. But again, no one called to tell me it was ready. I had to show up a week and a half later to find out it had been finished. Now I hear what sounds like something loose when I make sharp turns, which is extremely disappointing after all of this. Shaun and Tim were courteous and genuinely helpful, and this is not directed at them. Ruthann, however, was consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and unreliable, and she repeatedly gave me information that was simply not true, including telling me the washers were working when they clearly were not. That pattern is what made this experience such an exhausting mess. I'm glad this is finally behind me. I would not recommend Conicelli's service department based on how this was handled, particularly the ongoing communication failures. Tim was the exception, and I'm grateful for his professionalism and willingness to help when Ruthann repeatedly failed to do so.

: & I just…read moreleased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience from Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken, and I have to say, this was the car-buying experience I didn't think existed anymore. After walking away from another dealership that tried every trick in the book, I was skeptical going in. But from the moment I connected with Bernard Jones, the experience was different. No pressure, no games, just straightforward answers to my questions. He listened to what I actually needed (a hybrid with a smooth ride for a cross-country move and two kittens prone to car sickness, yes, really) and matched me with the right vehicle without trying to upsell me into something I didn't need. Then there's Brad Faulkner, the General Sales Manager. This man sets the tone for how a dealership should operate. When I requested to review all lease documents at home before signing, something that makes most F&I departments nervous, Brad didn't flinch. He sent everything over, gave me time to review with my attorney, and when I came back with questions, he addressed them directly. No runaround, no "let me check with my manager" theater. Even when a major snowstorm shut down the region and delayed everything, Brad kept me updated and got my approval through with no stipulations the moment operations resumed. That's professionalism. The deal was exactly as quoted. No surprise fees. No last-minute add-ons. No pressure to buy products I'd already declined. Just a clean transaction with people who respected my time and my process. If you're in the Philadelphia area and want to work with a dealership that treats you like an adult, go to Conicelli. Ask for Bernard Jones, and know that Brad's leadership is the reason this place operates the way it does.

Young female with good credit. Call it an age old truth that car dealers are smarmy con artists, but Conicelli (privy to this notion) wanted to be different, they wanted to be "a nice place to do business." I'll break the suspense and let you know, dear reader, that I indeed purchased a new vehicle. And while I feel warm and fuzzy about my new Subaru (save the jokes), the process by which I acquired it was not as pleasant. I'll break this up into parts and take inspiration from lolcats (just because there's really nothing fun about car purchasing). Car Knowledge - u haz nun My car salesman didn't know anything about the Subaru I was interested in buying. When I asked him why the tiptronic feature, he replied, "oh, that's just for fun." Really? Negotiation - Ladiez don't know maths They really frowned on the fact that I was attempting to negotiate the price. They didn't seem willing to work on it, but then when I decided to walk away from the purchase, they bit with fervor and lowered it to my offer. Then when I signed off on the paperwork, I found that yeah, the agreed price was there, but then with everything else tacked on, the total looked exactly like what they wanted me to pay in the first place. Coincidence? I think not... Contracts - Just papers, they don't mattah The paperwork process was a set up. They had me sign off on everything and transfer my insurance over before even letting me see the price breakdown. I was set on the car, so I wasn't about to change my mind, but they were really slimy when it came to letting me see the raw figures. Flattery - Nice bracelet, I haz one too No matter who I talked to, they were sure to compliment me on something. "Nice bracelet! Is it John Hardy? Oh my god, I love John Hardy. This is my David Yurman." I think this was their attempt at making me feel comfortable. Like I could open up to them. Tell them stories like they were telling me stories. So, yes, Conicelli might welcome you with a smile, offer you water and compliment you on your attire/jewelery/handbag, but I still left feeling like I'd been inappropriately felt up by a dirty uncle or something.

My salesman, Charlie Blue, was your typical sheisty salesman, fast and smooth talking with quick answers to all questions (I came to learn most were not correct). He quickly got me through the process of trading in a lease and getting a used SUV I wanted. He swore profusely he knew the process of trading in a lease early and that he looked up my contract at the Conicelli Hyundai dealership. He promised there would be NO early termination fees since Conicelli was affiliated with Hyundai. A few weeks later I was notified by Hyundai there would be an early termination fee assessed. I immediately reached out to Charlie who along with his supervisor, Rich Greco, told me Hyundai was wrong and to give them time to sort it out. Once I realized it was Conicelli that was in the wrong and pushed the issue I was given the run around by Charlie and supervisors at Conicelli, Rich Greco and Oliver Woolfolk, for weeks on end. I even contacted Paula DiGiacomo the Customer Relations Manager with Conicelli who was no help at all, telling me to contact the people I've tried to that already weren't calling me back! In the end, despite being promised a call from a supervisor to discuss the charges I received a very short, unempathetic email from Charlie saying Conicelli wouldn't help or fix the issue they caused. I tried calling and emailing back and have received no response (this happened numerous times throughout the process). I had to pay the termination fee I was assured there wasn't originally, and then was promised Conicelli would take care of since they made the mistake. I don't understand how I can be blatantly lied to by a Conicelli employee but they won't do anything to resolve or even show their client a bit of respect and good customer service. If you want to buy a new car which shouldn't have issues, or like to take risks with a used car, Conicelli could be the place for you. If you want a dealership that cares about not only selling vehicles but also their customers well being after the fact Conicelli isn't the right place. It is by no means a "nice" place to do business.
