Five star service, classy, fun and friendly. The staff are not pushy, they truly are looking at what you want nit what they want to sale. Thanks fir the great service. read more

I can't say enough about my experience at Coni and Franc! I stopped in without having made an appointment. I tried on several amazing dresses. My experience was absolutely 5 star. I highly recommend them for any occasion. I now have the perfect dress for my son and soon to be daughter-in-laws wedding. read more

As a young bride on my first day of wedding dress shopping, my experience here was horrible. The atmosphere from the moment I walked in was not very welcoming and seemed busy. The dress selection is slim, and the dresses they do have come with a high price tag. I described to the sales associate the type of dress I was looking for, and the majority of the dresses she brought me were no where close. She also seemed to get frustrated when there were things about the dresses that I didn't like, and was very pushy that we could change *major* things about a dress to make it look like I wanted. Overall, it seemed like they were more concerned with making a sale than making a bride feel confident and comfortable. I would not wedding dress shop here again. read more

So helpful, staff was great! Got a formal dress here at an amazing price!

I did not buy my wedding dress from Coni and Franc, however, Coni went above and beyond to try to help me locate a dress. I have been calling around for weeks looking for a specific dress and when I called their bridal shop, Coni was more than happy to help. She personally called the designer and the distributor to find the dress. When she found out that the dress is currently in production, she found a loaner of a very similar dress by the same designer so I could get an idea of my measurements and the fit. Although I was never able to go to the salon myself (it's 3.5 hours away from me), if their customer service is anything like the way Coni handled it over the phone, any bride would be in good hands here. read more

This place was so amazing! My best friend went there to try on dresses without notice. They were so sweet and patient with her. They were so attendant, brought us water, and went into detail about what she wanted. They were also so good at helping a plus size girl feel good and empowered. read more

This place is over priced and has a horrible selection. I was looking for a wedding dress and the sales associate kept showing me dresses that looked like they were meant for the mother of the bride. Not sure how this s place stays in business. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Took my dress to C&F to be sent for cleaning. They said it would be ready in 2-4 weeks but it took 7 weeks instead. When I finally got the dress back they charged me twice what they initially said it would cost. Every time I called the store a different employee would answer and no one seemed to know anything about when dresses were usually delivered from the cleaners. Maybe it's just a busy time of year, but I would have appreciated them letting me know that it was taking longer than anticipated. read more

I have to say that the final outcome of my daughter's bridal gown was beautiful and breathtaking. The alterations that were done by Promise were excellent and skillful and the ability to adjust the length of the gown with the American bustle for the reception was very easy to accomplish. Thank you all once again for making this customer and her daughter very happy. read more

Connie is wonderful and very helpful. However alterations were a hassle, and the clothes are very expensive. Over all it is still one of the best places in Morgantown to get bridal dresses! read more

I cannot begin to explain how helpful Makayla is and what a pleasure she is to work with. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone who is looking for excellent service! I called several bridal shops looking for a particular dress that I found online and not a single person out of 7 stores was willing to help me until I came across Makayla at Coni & Franc. I have heard from several previous brides/friends that great service is hard to find at bridal shops and I found the same exact thing until Makayla. Best of luck to all the brides out there looking for the perfect dress! I think you will find what you are looking for right here! read more

This is a lovely store. Nicely organized and a very helpful young saleswoman who was available throughout the shopping and trying on of several dresses. The only drawback for me was pricing. I know it is a boutique and has nicer clothes and so would expect higher prices but I tried on 2 navy blue jersey outfits (looking for mother of the bride attire). They were priced at around or above $500. For that price, I would expect much more. These were very simple pieces. Sorry, but too high for my budget. read more

What a wonderful experience to shop at this store as the mother of the bride. I visited the store at 2 different times and both times everyone in the store was so very helpful. They put your interests first. Every single person I came in contact with was interested in helping me put together the best mother of the bride outfit you could ever hope for. If you desire customer service and beautiful choices of dresses then this is the place for you to shop. You will not receive this attention to every detail from any other shop. If you want the best in customer service and clothing shop Coni and Franc. A very satisfied customer. read more

The customer service was great for when I purchased my bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding! But other than that, I would have to say that I've had a poor experience. I have recently stopped by to pick up the dress (approximately 4 months after placing the order). Unfortunately, it was not the right style. At first, I felt as if I was made to feel like it was my fault for the mixup. I had tried on the dress they ended up ordering (back in September during my original fitting session), and disliked it. I was asked if I was sure that it wasn't the dress I wanted. I showed them a picture of the cap sleeve design I had them photograph me in back in September, which was quite different from the off the shoulder design that was mistakenly ordered. I was told that the new dress could come in April. It wasn't made clear whether or not they were rush ordering it now, or if they were going to wait until it was becoming closer to the wedding (which is at the end of May). This is very stressful for someone who plans on altering the dress and will have to travel a distance for the wedding! To their credit, I needed to order a different size. I only hope that my dress comes in a timely manner. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I went to Coni and Franc in search of my wedding dress. I feel the need to put my height and weight on here so you can understand that I am not over weight. I am 5'10" and I weigh 145lbs. I went into this store and tried on a few dresses. The selection was terrible but I did find a few that piqued my interest. I tried a few on with my friend who was there with me. This is the first place I went to try dresses on. The girl who has helping me at first was kind and listened to what I had to say and then Coni walked into my dressing room. She then began badgering me about why I didn't like "her dresses". I explained they just weren't what I was looking for. She then walked up to me and said "I think I know what your problem is" and she physically lifted my ass. I am not kidding. She picked up my hips and said "is the better?" I was appalled. She then started handing me strapless bras that weren't even close to my size but she assured me they would fit because she had been doing this for however many years. They were more than 2 sizes smaller than I needed. Then she proceeds to tell me I need spanx. I was so upset I undressed right in front of her and left. I was self conscious about my figure for weeks and cried in my car when I left her store. My friend who was there was just as upset as I was. My family spent weeks trying to convince me there was nothing wrong with my body. I have never felt more self conscious in my entire life. I couldn't imagine someone treating a client in that manner. As a retailer, your job is to make your client feel beautiful as she is in the clothes you are selling coni offended me and broke my spirit all to make additions and a sale. I would never allow someone to feel the way she made me feel. Save yourself the pain and do not visit this place. She should not be running a store when she can't even treat her clients with dignity. read more

My 2 daughters and I live in a very small, rural town in northwestern PA and shopping is extremely limited. While visiting my son's home in Morgantown last year, we went to Connie and Franc's in hope of finding a one-of-a-kind prom gown. And that we did!! The selection in my daughter's size was more than accommodating, as she is 6'1". The prices were competitive to those of the high price salons online in large cities in both New York and Pennsylvania. We found a dress for right under $500 and my daughter loved it! The associate couldn't have more helpful & kind. She was complimentary and honest when needed, quick to aid with dressing assistance, and patient with a teen's initial indecisiveness. My daughter's choice ended up being a stunning ball gown that was truly a standout at her prom and she was able to wear it again to a Marine ball later. We returned this weekend to purchase another gown for this daughter and were given the same attention and pleasurable experience and we left with a beautiful dress. Lastly, my youngest daughter is also attending prom, we'll be making the 4 hour trip to Connie and Franc's for a third visit in mid April in search of a gown for her and we have no doubt we'll be able to find a dress or get great customer service from the staff here! read more
