Sadly, what began as a visit quickly turned into preparations for his funeral, and we were suddenly in urgent need of appropriate attire. As a WVU alumnus, I remembered Daniel's Menswear, found the store online, and decided to go there. From the moment we arrived, Phil greeted us warmly. After I briefly explained our difficult and stressful situation, he immediately stepped in with professionalism, compassion, and confidence, assuring us that he would take care of everything--and he absolutely did. Phil quickly understood our needs, preferences, and immediate timeline. He helped us select the right attire with care and efficiency, making a very overwhelming situation much easier to manage. After we checked out, Phil encouraged us to relax and have lunch while the tailoring was completed, promising to text us when everything was ready. Remarkably, we received his message before we had even finished lunch. We picked up our clothing and were able to move on to the many other responsibilities we had to handle before the funeral. Phil's service, along with the tailor's quick and excellent work, went truly above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. We are deeply grateful for the kindness, urgency, and professionalism shown to us during such a difficult time. I hope Phil sees this and knows how much his help meant to our family.

I have only used their tailoring service multiple times and ourchased dress sock so I can't comment on the material or their pants and shirts but everything looks well. Things seem to be rather expensive, but once again I can't attest to the quality so maybe it is warranted. Tailoring service has always been quick, fair priced and the employees are nice.

I was looking for some pretty comfy sandals for myself and our trip for our anniversary. I'm always looking for comfy shoes. The store was clean and spacious. The staff friendly and helpful. I took some photos for my hubby to review and we will definitely go back and find him a pair soon.

However, when we were in this store the other day at the Morgantown Mall and knew I needed a pair of sandals for our annual summer trip into the nearby city of Fairmont, WV (we didn't stay long thereafter due in part to our family's needs not being fulfilled and most of us being bored), I decided to end and try to find a pair. But when I went in, I was amazed by their selection of men's sandals. Though not name-brand items on sandals(I ended up buying a pair of Northside sandals), I do feel like these are quite stylish and built for needs only. I had some ideas in mind that I wanted to fulfill for, having had dark colored sandal problems before that caused medical problems on my feet in years past. I looked for light colored sandals on both the inner sole, as well as a light colored webbing on the outside with other light colors that looks a little stylish. And while I'm not truthfully too happy with the design on the sole (feeling rough), I'll be happy to get through this summer with them.) The signs gave me a price range that I was willing to pay for. Although I would have known for these shoes to have been cheaper at my local store, this one was a little higher-priced for the design. This is about the only downfall here. Signs were widely visible and it didn't take me long to spot a pair that actually fit my design, size and budget. Although I was never greeted by any employee to help me select one, the first time I was greeted by one was at the register. The employee was off helping other customers and took a minute or so to come up to the register to assist. He recognized I existed, but it took a moment to notice me at the register and ready to pay. He rung up the sandals, and, handing him a fifty dollar bill, said that he didn't have a twenty, but could make do with other change types - handing me back a wide range of $5s and a few singles and some coins. All in all - a very successful visit. Yes, I probably spent more than I should have for only a few months of the year where I live - but this visit sure changed my viewpoint on this type of store to something a little better, after being in an area of the state that I wished I didn't have to go to/through for a vacation for a day or so.
