I have to say that I was concerned how well he would do. A few days before dropping him off, I took Spanky for a tour of the kennel facilities and we were both impressed. I loved how clean everything was, both in and outside. Spanky must have been impressed as well because he wasn't nervous even a little bit. A few days after leaving him with Lisa & Randy, I called to see how Spanky was doing, and was reassured that he was just fine. Lisa even took a few pictures of Spanky and emailed them to me! He looked so happy. When we picked him up, it almost seemed like he didn't want his "vacation" to end. Anytime I have to him boarded in the future, he'll be staying at Wag & Purr. There's no doubt about that.

After working with two other dog training companies and…read morespending over 12 weeks (& hundreds of dollars) trying to help my Frenchton, Yoda's reactivity toward other dogs, I was at my wit's end. Within five minutes of our very first lesson, Yoda pretty much stopped barking at other dogs -- something I never thought would happen. Tri Canine's behavior modification program truly works, and they take the time to understand the "why" behind each behavior. The trainers (Mike, Jule & Ashley) are so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping both the dogs and their owners succeed. Now Yoda can even play with other dogs under supervision, which still amazes me (pictures for proof). If you're looking for reactive dog training, behavior modification, or obedience training, Tri Canine Campus is hands down the best place to go. I drive 35-40 mins each way just to take him there because it is 1000% worth every minute in the car! They've completely transformed our lives!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I brought my mini schnauzer Boss here when he was a puppy, and they put…read moreall of their dogs* (not their puppies - as they called out in my google review) in prong collars. He did not need a prong collar, and as soon as we started using it he developed dog reactivity. At the suggestion of Tri-Canine, I continued to use the prong collar, but all that did is continue to create negative associations (PAIN) any time he saw another dog. I have spent YEARS trying to regain my dog's trust and help him overcome his reactivity. I started working with a positive reinforcement trainer, and they've helped a lot. I only have one regret in my life, and that's bringing my new puppy to this place. If you are not educated, do not let these people try to convince you that prong collars are necessary. You can see their response to my google review (same as above but tweaked to remove the word "Puppy") here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ee6ofDDKpn8ARDBY6 But here is a quote: "A truly deceptive narrative, this client attended not only our Puppy class back in 2021 (2021!!!) but also went on to our Obedience One class and then to our Obedience Two class? " Yes, in their puppy class they don't use prong collars, but they do so in their obedience one and obedience two. As this was my first dog on my own, I trusted Tri Canine with the wellbeing of my dog, and they recommended continuing use of the prong collar when he started to become reactive. He was not reactive before attending this class and using the prong collar. It was 2021, during the pandemic, and I was not taking my dog many places outside of the classroom. And yes, I attended the class in 2021, and I'm still here in mid 2025 dealing with the repercussions of taking my dog to Tri-Canine. You can also see in their records that I withdrew my dog/stopped attending halfway through obedience two because I had gotten some second opinions from positive reinforcement trainers. It's pretty rich to try and blame Mini Schnauzers as a breed, when there are so many dogs that are prone to developing reactivity, and you all are "professionals" who are supposed to help people who are struggling with this issue. One thing that helps reactivity develop faster, is pain associated with triggers of fear. Had I known this, I could've avoided having a reactive dog. Reading this review, your one takeaway should be: POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO WITH YOUR DOG. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I was very worried about how he would react since he hasn't been to the groomer in such a long time, but Lori & Bianca treated him (and me ) with such kindness and patience. Despite his many snarls and tangles, they gave him a beautiful full cut, and he looks so much happier and comfortable now. I am very happy with the care and professionalism they showed. I highly recommend Canine Divine if you're looking for a friendly and skilled groomer for your fluffy friend.

So when I dropped them off I explained that and they seemed to understand. Picked my dogs up and they said the boy was nipping so they put a muzzle and that they couldn't dry behind his ears. When I got home the next 2 days I noticed the boy had a bunch of pieces that were not sitting with the rest of his hair. But his behind is what took me for a loop. It was not brushed nor was it cut properly. So I texted them and they said he was doing flips and what not, which they never said when I picked him up. I stated they should have called. Almost 24 hours they sent a Humanity Over Vanity text. I'm sorry, if my dog was in that much distress they should have called and had me pick him up to not force him to go through a so called "groom" just to make and extra $60 bucks. Unacceptable. I will be reporting them. You said he was nipping you so you put a muzzle on him. Yes, I said when my sister brushes his back side he nips at her. Yes, everything has changed for him, but not his groomer. What was news to me is him doing flips. Don't lie and say I wanted my dog in distress bc you know well enough I would never want my dog in that much distress. Instead, you muzzled him, didn't brush him and sent him home. You never explained his back side could not be brushed. It's happened more than once. The last time before this time when I brought them in, my female dog was super choppy, but I didn't complain. When I brought them in last week, I asked if anyone different groomed Lila and you guys stated no therefore, I said last time she was choppy if you can, please make sure they're not choppy. Instead, this time, my male dog backside is super choppy and not brushed. Please send me the surveillance of my dog doing flips and I will go ahead and delete the review, thanks.

You guys a true gem and the best pet store for pet owners. I have been coming here for over 2 years with my Shih Tzu, Krasivaya, who absolutely loves this store, as do I. The staff, led by the knowledgeable and friendly Selina, truly go the extra mile to make sure our pets are happy and healthy. During a particularly cold day, Rachel went above and beyond by helping Krasivaya try on 7 different pairs of boots to ensure she could finally go outside to do her business. They had some great looking bakery items, but cake and ice cream mix for pet owners who are looking for unique treats. They also had chewy items like pig snouts and duck heads, antlers, and other organic looking items I have not really seen in other stores. They had a very large tank with beautiful coy. I imagine they were for sale, but they were very mesmerizing to look at. But we have a small animal, and the selection seemed very limited for a small pet for such a large space. They only had two bags of food left for our type of pet, and I did not see too much bedding, toys, or accessories. So even though the store was pretty cool, we would have less of a reason to return. The employees working seemed pretty nice. The customers coming and going for the dog grooming seemed pretty satisfied. The store itself seemed unfinished or still under construction. There were plastic bag coverings and plastic liners separating the areas of the store. I think behind the plastic sheets may have been a grooming or training area. It also seemed like an unfinished warehouse, the floor looked like concrete and the high ceilings also unfinished. So, it is not a fancy store, but that would not have an impact on quality. For us, it lacked products. There are at least two more pet supply shops in the area, but we would come back here to see if the small pet stock has changed.
