If you go during the day, hit the buffet--it's the best way to sample a wide variety of dishes and figure out what you like. At night, ask your server for recommendations--they'll steer you in the right direction based on your taste. Some of my personal favorites? The Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Chops, and honestly anything with goat. If you want a standout, try the Amritsari Mutton Rara--it's a big favorite of mine.
