I moved back to San Diego a month in a half go from Los Angeles. Living in Los Angeles, after graduating college five years ago and trying to find something steady. I was constantly bounced around between staffing agencies, ignored and lied to. Once heather contacted me I was working three days after meeting her for an interview and I am now almost done with my training, and doing awesome. It was really cool and I am really grateful. Cheers JFH

I have tried contacting multiple people at this agency by phone and text, yet I rarely receive a…read moreresponse. When I have managed to get someone on the phone, I was told to use the app and show interest in the jobs that are posted. I have done exactly that several times, but weeks go by without a single text, call, or follow-up. It has now been over a month, and I still have yet to receive any response. Eventually, the job posting just disappears, and the same cycle repeats over and over. To make matters worse, even when you comment and they give you a phone number that the agency provides in the comment section of the job posting, it does not help whatsoever. There is still no response, no follow-up, and no communication. This has become extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's honestly hard to understand how this agency continues to operate with such poor communication and lack of follow-through. This level of unprofessionalism is exactly why people struggle to take staffing agencies seriously. If you expect people to take the opportunities you provide seriously, then your agency should also take its responsibility to communicate with applicants seriously. If you're looking for a solid job or a staffing agency that is actually persistent and communicates with its applicants, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the energy, and the frustration. Based on my experience, this agency has consistently failed to communicate or follow through. **The reviews are very bad **

Dara, the…read moreowner has connected me with some amazing families that really have been some of the most generous people I have had the pleasure of working for. I have worked full time with 2 different Seaside families, relocating to Puerto Rico for a year with one family and happily growing with the current family. I have also had the pleasure to work part time and short-term with a couple others. From a nanny perspective, Dara gets some of the greatest clients and really matches you with the right fit. She handles all of the communication and interview scheduling which can be stressful. Her being the liaison allows the nanny and family to build a personal relationship while she handles the professional details. From a clients perspective, Dara personally meets with every candidate and has them undergo a thorough interview, background check and reference check. Only the most elite nannies (or other staff depending on the position) will become a Seaside Nanny, so families know they are getting the best! Dara has always fought for my rights as an employee and gotten me where I want to be before a contract is signed. Even during the brief times I wasn't working with Seaside, she always checked in to see how I was doing and really showed she cared. I value this agency so much, so when I find a nanny looking for new opportunities or a family seeking care, I relay them to Seaside whole heartedly!

Because I was applying to a unique placement, Dara took over my case and Dara is the absolute best. She is so caring and committed to her clients. She was extremely responsive and reassuring. Most of all I appreciated her realness! So much staffing and job application can feel so impersonal, but working with Dara made the process feel so much more human. Dara always told me exactly what she was thinking, never keeping me in the dark or using euphemistic corporate lingo. Would highly recommend working with Seaside to find a placement!

They are very personable and friendly, especially the CEO, Natalie Viani, and my recruiter, Jessica Bailey. They are also very professional and efficient. They pay me weekly. Total time between invoicing and electronic payment is 11 days. They have never been late. Once, I forgot to invoice for one week, and I didn't realize it until the following Monday. I sent the invoice then and told them I didn't expect payment until the following week, but they paid me that Friday, just four days later! That is outstanding service! Their recruiters are very good too. They have never wasted my time by contacting me about positions that aren't a good match for me, and they helped me get two of the best jobs I've had. I can't recommend VIA too highly. You won't regret working with them.

The entrance was cluttered, with a reception area (I'm assuming that's what the mess was) and what looked like a 6th grade project in the middle of the limited space/sales floor. One of the Account Executives emerged from one of the cubicles and nervously extended his hand. I immediately noticed that the office consisted of all men, not ONE woman. The interview was unorganized, unprofessional. One of the recruiters "repped his high school" during the interview. Unbelievable! Additionally, the pay is deplorable- $14.43/hour, Sales Account Exec $12.00/hour The position entails: ( 1. ) Business Development, (2) Account Calls, (3) Networking, (4) Job Orders, (5) Recruiting Candidates, (6) Sourcing, (7) Reference Checking, (8) Contract and Agreements.
