I found a leak coming from a 1 1/2" PVC main line, being fed by a high pressure irrigation pump at a residence on lake Murray. I got in touch with Keith Bishop who owns Concrete Unlimited(803) 414-0126. He met me the next afternoon, after completing a job for the State. He was right on time, and ready to work. He made perfect cuts in the concrete, removing a five foot by four foot section, allowing me access to the leak in the main line that was 22" under the concrete. I cut out two pipes, installed new ones and placed them in a seven foot, 4" PVC sleeve. After I finished my fill in, Keith and I talked, and he came out the next day, inserted some rebar dowels and poured his concrete. Experienced, dependable, professional, with reasonable prices.
