After calling to follow up it took a few more days to hear back but we finally got someone out. When he came out, I was told to expect a quote soon to my email. After giving him a week, I never got an email, we followed back up. The receptionist said she would call him right away and follow up. Yet again, no response for days. My husband then texted the project supervisor directly and asked for an update. No return text. He then called and left a message. No return call. He called the office again and the receptionist told us she would get in touch with him and we will be contacted right away... however, again no response. Not sure why we have had to chase after them for 3 weeks. There is no professionalism with this business. If they are unable to complete the project (even though we were told it can easily be done when coming out) then the right thing to do is tell us so we can look for someone else. I would never recommend them after this experience.
