Seem like good guys but: 1. Showed up to my house 2.5 hours…read morelate without any attempts to communicate 2. After speaking with them prior to the job, the expectation was that the cost would be near $800. Charged over $1500 total by adding charges such as $135 to locate septic tank, $110 for sewer cam, $125 to haul off brush (two small bushes that I would have dragged to the curb in 10 minutes). None of these add-on charges were discussed before final bill. 3. Cut multiple electrical wires (one for porch outlets and one for irrigation. I had to pay over $500 to have them fixed by electrician and landscaping company. Needless to say, I will not recommend or call again.

I left four messages with their office over a three week period and have never gotten a call back. Their office staff was always courteous and helpful, their work staff not so much. Needless to say I'm not calling again.

They stay busy so you may have to wait a couple of days before they can get to your job but well worth the wait. My mom had her 50 year old septic tank redone and Patrick and his crew were top notch. Everything they said they would do was done and then some. Always kept me in the loop if there was a snag and how they were going to handle the situation. Job site was left clean and presentable. They were punctual and no hidden costs. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

In my experience this company is very unprofessional and does low quality work. This company was…read morerecently contracted by the City of West Columbia to replace water lines in my neighborhood and the work they're doing is well below the quality anybody would expect. They have damaged my property and others in the neighborhood, thrown rocks and debris onto peoples vehicles, and trapped me at my home multiple times. One day they started working at 6:45 am without notice which resulted in me missing work as I could not get out of my driveway. I was concerned this would be an issue so I reached out months in advance and was assured I would be communicated with before work started so I could move my vehicles but that didn't happen. They have left a 6 foot long and 4 foot wide area directly in front of my driveway full of mud water due to a broken line and have still not fixed it 2 weeks later. On top of that When I complained about the work on Facebook a man named Eddie Coker, who is employed by this company, sought me out to harass me on Facebook. After harassing me on Facebook he decided to come to my house and bang on my door while yelling my first and last name 3 separate times, one time even circling my home for 30 minutes and trying to enter though my back yard but my dogs stopped him. The disrespectful nature in which they have conducted their work is appalling and unreasonable. Finally, as long as Eddie Coker is associated with this business I feel your safety is in jeopardy if you decide to hire this company. Do the right thing for yourself and your family, go with literally anyone else.
