Never would I recommend this company to anyone interested in having stumps removed! We split the cost of removal of a couple of trees with our neighbor and our neighbor contracted Boozer Tree Service several weeks ago for the work and we were never told when the work would be done! Apparently ASAP and Boozer are related and they used ASAP for the stump removal! We were not at home at the time of the trees being taken down and the stumps to be ground! When I spoke to ASAP, we arranged to meet on Friday to finish the grinding! Needless to say, I NEVER saw or heard from ASAP on Friday! We wasted an entire day waiting for him to show up or call! I made a fatal error in not obtaining his phone number when he called us and tried to get it through Boozer with tremendous difficulty! The stumps were not ground properly and we now have a useless mound for a planter! I tried contacting Boozer to get the phone number of his relative that did the stump grinding, only to be treated rudely and ignored! I was told that I apparently discussed the weather conditions with ASAP and was told it was to wet to grind the stumps, which we never discussed! I REALLY hate being lied to! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ASAP OR BOOZER to anyone! read more

I have used Boozer tree service on two different occasions. The first was after a microburst caused two trees to fall on the house. He was there within a day. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to remove the trees without further damage to the structure. He and his crew cleaned up the entire work area and blew all the debris off the patios. Then we had another tree that was looking threatening after the hurricane, Cain and his crew monitored the situation and got to the tree as soon as possible and while the tree was not on the house it was definitely heading that way. He stayed in touch with me and as soon as he had an opening he was here taking down the tree. It wasn't easy as it was entangled with other trees but he got to it. He is responsive and effective. I cannot recommend Boozer enough. We have several more trees that will need attention and he will be the first call. read more

I had a double-trunked tree that grew over my house on one side and encroached on my neighbor's house on the other side. It was a monstrosity, and I thought that it may be complicated, time-consuming to carefully remove the various limbs and the massive bodies of the trunks themselves. However, I was greeted with a team of professionals who were loaded with heavy equipment to do the job safely and quickly. They were done in just over an hour. No mess from their work remained. Had a tree top fall from a bad storm and had to have the whole tree removed because of it. These guys took care of it and were awesome to work with. Two other companies wanted to crane it over the house, and he was able to do it without that and he was much cheaper. They came early and were gone, and all cleaned up before lunch. They even took one other tree while they were there, they removed all the debris, and were out of there and you wouldn't even know they were even there that day. Awesome company to work with and great guys working for them! 100% will use them again if we ever need that service in the future. read more

I highly recommend this company! I've had a number of projects at my home and had issues with a few companies, but not this one. They were on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had 4 trees removed two of which were over my roof and on power lines. This was a concern for other tree companies who wanted to charge me extra money. Cain and his crew did a wonderful and professional job when he removed our damaged hickory tree and all it hickory nuts. We were very concerned as it was very close to our lake home but they had it down and cleaned up in an hour.
