His price was comparable to all of our other quotes, but we chose Southeastern Tree Removal because we trusted Jeremy. We were right in our judgement. We had a large, difficult job. We had 60 large pines surrounding our home on a steep hill to be removed. Some of the pines were 70ft high. Jeremy planned the job well, brought in a log truck to remove the logs, used a caterpillar to push the trees in the direction to fall away from the house, used a dump truck to haul off branches and arrived daily to get the job done. He had several other men helping with chainsaws and driving the vehicles. He even trimmed a hardwood tree that was leaning over a street light and managed to cut it down with ropes giving the very heavy large branches a soft landing. We had a big oak that got damaged in that bad storm last summer and it was starting to lean way too close to the house, plus a bunch of branches hanging over the roof. They got back to me quick when I called, showed up the next day to look things over and give me a free quote. The crew came out right on time, had all their gear, and were real careful with everything. They trimmed back the overhanging stuff and took down that oak without touching the house or messing up the yard. When they were done, they cleaned up every little branch and leaf. My yard actually looked better than before they started. These guys obviously know what they're doing around here with our heat and all the storms we get.
