After calling 20-something places trying to find someone to pump our septic tank (which was in an…read moreEMERGENT state), I finally called this company. The person who answered stated he would have a driver call me shortly and, in less than 10min, I got a call back from a nice fellow stating that they had one person ahead of me and they would be here as soon as possible. Given it was a Friday afternoon, New Year's Eve, AND they're located 45min away, I was just thrilled to have a serviceman coming! Two very nice, professional, young men arrived and had our 1,000 gallon septic tank pumped in a jiffy. My husband had done research to get an idea of how much it was going to cost, but was pleasantly surprised that it was 25% LESS than what other companies in the area were charging... even on a holiday afternoon. We couldn't have asked for better service, more professional servicemen, or a more reasonable cost. From now on, they will be our FIRST call!

Cons: Two technicians arrived and one pulled the truck SO close to our home, that he ran over the irrigation system (which was visible above ground due to the circular irrigation cover). Water began flowing out and we couldn't figure out where our water shut off was. $75 to a plumber, $100 to one irrigation company, and $600 to another irrigation company later, we finally had our sprinklers fixed. It was 2 broken pipes and a valve that had broken. Mack originally agreed to pay $250 for the fix (before the diagnosis). After we discovered how much the fix was, we sent him the invoice. We had hoped he'd do the right thing and cover his company's mistake. Instead, it took multiple phone calls (by my husband only, he would never answer the phone when I called), to finally get him to send a payment. In the end, he only sent $225. I now know not to use this company in the future.
