The slab was not level and had low spots in which water was pooling. In addition, the slab was extremely discolored. The builder refused to re-pour the slab and we would not move forward with the purchase without knowing if their solution was viable. The builder wanted to skim coat the slab and stain it to give a uniform color. Mike came out and met with the builder and asked lots of questions about the cement mix, grading, trowel work, and if the cement was "hot" when poured. He noted all the defects in the slab and the reasons why. Mike gave me a quote for replacement. It was approximately $3200 dollars. My husband and I went to the builder and asked for a seller concession so we could let Ramos Concrete do our work. We did not want the builder to repair and thought it in our best interest to have a permanent fix vs lipstick on a pig. This was a new build and we were planning to add a patio cover. To my surprise, the builder reached out the next day and offered to replace vs repair. This would not have happened without Mike's expertise. I felt 100% confident that he knew concrete and was able to pinpoint exactly why the slab looked so awful! My husband and I had already agreed to give the work to them vs having the builder do anything. In the event we still end up with a poor slab we know who to call. I really wanted to give Mike something for the time he took to go out and write up his opinion and estimate. You don't find this kind of service today, it's non-existent! I can't speak highly enough of Mike and the service I received. He definitely went above and beyond! It is because of him, and only him that the builder stopped fighting with us and agreed to replace the concrete. I absolutely owe my thanks (and new slab) to him!!!

When they reach out to you, they send emails from Pinnacle Home Repairs, but Contract then states Everstrong Construction, But they are listed on Yelp as BuildRight Construction. I am so disappointed in this experience, because I worked so hard to save up the money to complete this project of installing a Patio and pool wrap around on my house. I met with Kabren at 859 Spring Street Atlanta Ga. on December 9th 2025 and gave him a depost of 50% of the money in which he requested to take my project. I paid with a certified check from my bank. Kabren deposited the check into his BOA checking account, and when the check cleared, he started ordering supplies. When the supplies arrived he sent his team over to start the project, and requested payment for the work that was done. In which his contract states 50% down to get started and the final payment once job was completed. His team came to my home and worked two days and I haven't been able to get him to complete this project. i call and try to communicate with Mr. Kabren and he doesn't answer or return calls. He offers you a great price to take on your project and gets your money and you loose all contact with him and his assistant. They block your number or don't answer your call. If your looking to utilize this company please rethink it and run fast as you can to a legit company. This has been the worst experience I have ever encountered. Please don't be scammed ,out of your hard-earned money like I was. My project isn't nearly completed, and now i have to hire someone else to complete what was started.

I had other estimates but Ryan provided a fair estimate and it was similar to another I had. I enjoyed his enthusiasm about concrete and I felt like I was learning something at the same time. And the crew, they were respectful, kind, easy to talk to and could answer questions as well. I was most surprised to see how hard they all worked. The digging never ended and they never showed signs of complaining. These guys were the hardest working people I had ever seen. On top of this, they did a beautiful job and most of all, pitched and leveled the concrete so all the water ran away from the house. They went over and beyond when they waterproofed the 2 sides of the foundation walls and added french drains and downspout drains to take the water from the roof rain gutters and out to the back yard. This was extra in cost and I was more than happy to pay them more. The job was well done and the water no longer enters the lower floor.
