There is no reason to go anywhere else. We have a large spiraling grand staircase in our entranceway. 133 balusters. The balusters we had before were 15 years old, white, and scuffed and worn (the previous owners had two young children). We wanted something durable, easy to maintain, and elegant. They are exactly that! The transformation is remarkable. We had the wood floors redone and stained a dark cherry when we first moved in 12 months ago, so with this and the iron balusters, it looks like an entirely different entranceway! We found Stairworx online doing a Google search, and are very lucky we did! David was great to deal with. Prompt, professional, and descriptive. It's rare to find someone who is so on top of things, who simply gets the job done, and so efficiently it seems with ease. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, businesses, sub contractors, etc., and I genuinely wish everyone was like David. It would make my life much more enjoyable! (By the way, Home Depot is a nightmare to deal with on contracting jobs.) David was able to understand what I wanted right away, even though I had no expertise on the subject and had never done this before. And then he carried through exactly the way he said he would, and in our tight time frame too! The two men who came to install the balusters were polite, professional, knowledgable, and clean. They wore covers on their shoes, and put tarps down over the floor, and before they left they swept up (even though it was basically spotless already). They communicated clearly, and made sure they were installing exactly what I wanted before they began. It took an afternoon to install, and the result was absolutely stunning!
