He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. By June 24, 2021 my driveway had developed cracks, measuring ~ 30 feet in length and wider than a quarter. I contacted Plehal and asked them to see it before I drive on it (there was no traffic on it for 2 weeks after the installation). I was told that they were too busy to inspect the problem, and that they could not commit to a date sooner than 3 weeks. I told them that I wanted to get it on the calendar, and suggested July 19, 2021 and they agreed. That is nearly 5 weeks after the job was completed. I have no guarantee that they will even make that date. I am disappointed that this is all that they care about a $15,000 job. I probably should not have been so quick to pay them. This review was written and then blocked. Update: On 7/29/21 the cracks have gotten considerably worse, nearly 3/16" wide, and the pavement along the concrete aprons is falling. Plehal came to look at it 2 weeks ago, but still no action
