While Warrior may not have had "7 trucks ready to finish the job in one day" like some of the larger companies promised, Gill and his team focused on doing the work the right way -- with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Not one of the employees ...installers. or project estimators...addressed what a poor and unkind decision this was. Now I have to redo my heating system...sell my house...unable to retire . Doug came on time with new HW heater, he was very, polite and professional with good communication throughout the replacement project. In two hours job was completed and I have Hot water to shower. The quality of the job was fantastic and takes away the old water heater and left everything in very neat and clean condition. If I could give on more than 5 stars I would.

The design of the boiler is excellent. There have been no leaks. The boiler is easy to clean -- I do it myself with a boiler brush and a shop-vac, but also easy for a maintainer. The System 2000 is compatible with solar hot water and space heating. Patriot will not support their installation unless you purchase oil from them. Because I prefer getting support from a separate business entity than the one which sells me fuel, I've gotten support from other contractors recommended by Energy Kinetics.
