A different vendor gave me an estimate of half that price for the exact sign, but the Richards did NOT approve it. Apparently, the Richards have some kind of SPECIAL arrangement with their vendor (Lucky Sign Shop). Hmmmmm.........I wonder what that "arrangement" can be ?!?!?!?!!? The Richards want to upgrade the look of their mall at the tenants' expense!!! POTENTIAL TENANTS BEWARE !!!!!!

We had fun looking for bargains, especially upstairs. Only problem was some registers wouldn't take our Boscov's gift cards so we had to take that merchandise to the Customer service to pay.
