This dentist was amazing, patient, kind and a great communicator. He kept us informed and was able to show patience and kindness with my disabled daughter who I took in for a complex root canal. Thank goodness for excellent care. The day after, my daughter said it was better. He listened carefully to my concerns before and coordinated with my dentist for the follow up. I did accidentally go to the wrong dentist in the same parking lot who has a sign Lee Orthodontics and have seen bad reviews that described exactly what I encountered. Thank god it was not that Dr. Lee. I would highly recommend using this dentist. He took the time and was careful. I have no idea how my daughter had no pain the day after because most people I know tell me it is painful. He really seems to know what he is doing and even though it was complex, he must have taken really good care and paid attention to detail. I really love the staff here they are super sweet from the front desk to the assistant DA to the dentist. They are all very professional. If I email them they contact me immediately when I'm complaining of pain and that I need to get seen sooner they got me in ASAP. I'm on my second root canal there have one more to go. I wouldn't want to go nowhere else if Dr. Lee's not available I'm waiting with pain I'm not letting nobody else touch me, he is beyond amazing highly recommend this office takes care of their patient very well. Wow! I generally am not a big fan of going to the dentist and having to have a root canal is at the absolute bottom of my wish list of things to do... Dr Lee and his crew were really outstanding in their service and professionalism. He took a long time with me during the consultation and explained everything in detail, answering all my questions. I felt that I had his total attention the whole time. The actual procedure was fairly complicated and again he took time to let me know what he was doing and why. Dr Lee and his staff made the dreaded root canal smooth and comfortable (wrll as comfortable as drilling deep into my tooth could be). They worked together smoothly and with obvious high regard for eachother, which lends to a better experience for me and eliminates human error. Their expertise shows in the minimal pain i have suffered, i saw how deep they drilled into my tooth and one little error and i would be aching! I was totally scared prior to my appointment. I have had oral surgery before and it was a bit traumatic- even for a grown woman. By the time Dr. Lee and his genuine, kind staff finished explaining what was needed and how to get there, I was ready for the novacaine (or whatever local anesthetic they used). The Dr. was patient and cautious to include me in every step as he performed this surgery. He came into the building and first thing, came to the room I was waiting in and greeted me, a quick check in. On 10/8/2021 had an appointment/consultation with Dr. Lee for some root canal treatments. it was our first meeting. Dr Lee came highly recommended by my Dentist due to the complexity of the treatment requirements. Dr Lee was very thorough and checked out all of the teeth in question. He checked for sensitivity to temperature, impact and how structurally sound they were. He also looked at my X-rays in great detail. After checking everything out he described the issues with each of the affected teeth. He gave me his honest and professional opinion about the restorability of the teeth, which was guarded. He told me to speak to my dentist about his prognosis and decide what we wanted to do. He said he would treat my 3 teeth if that was my dentist and my decision. I met with my dentist later that day and I will be scheduling the work in November. I have faith that Dr Lee will do a great job. By the way his staff is very kind and helpful. read more

I got my oral surgery last week for 3 hours. Initially I was so nervous and scared when I heard that I need a surgery, but Dr. Lee made me so comfortable with a full of explanation before/during the operation, so I didn't even feel any pain while treatment and finally it went well at the end without any issues. From my initial consultation to the actual procedure, Dr. Lee was so thoughtful and did everything he could to make sure the process was as smooth as could be, even though my root canal ended up being quite a complicated procedure due to the severity of the infection.
