After my first five sessions, I booked another 10. My weekly hourlong session with Jennifer plus the notes she updates for my own sessions in between have resulted in increased balance and strength. 5 Stars! read more

Rachael is amazing!!! She has a wealth of knowledge & it shows in her work. Most importantly she listens. She listens to her clients & caters to their needs to help them achieve their desired results. She will push you just a little bit out of your comfort zone but only within the limits that she is 100% confident you can handle, which in turn gives you extra confidence & strength. You can not go wrong with Rachael! Also if you need a massage - inquire about Joy. She comes to your home & found spots on my husband's back & shoulder he didn't know were an issue. read more

We're really happy with Rachael and Nas for personal fitness training, and I'm so glad we started a regular program and kept it up. About a year ago, my son and wife started our workouts with them, originally as in-home personal training visits. Their personal touch was very helpful in forming good habits and staying engaged. Later we transitioned to online sessions due to covid, which has been more productive than I would have guessed. They tailor our workouts to our needs and adjust difficulty so that the exercises are always challenging without making it too hard. They are professional, energetic, and knowledgeable with great personalities that make it joy to workout with them. read more

As a current client of Rachel Sholtz, I am writing this letter of recommendation to those people who are considering improving the quality of their lives. Whether you are building strength, losing weight, rehabilitating from a medical procedure or injury, or simply trying to improve your health, Rachel will tailor a program that suits your needs and which motivates you to achieve the results you desire. I learned of Rachel and In Home Personal Training from two family members who love her for her warmth and personality, but also for her extensive knowledge of the body. She has the ability to zero-in on problem areas and employ exercises that heal while adding strength and flexibility. Besides keeping current on the latest developments in Personal Training, Rachel has also established connections with other Health Partners in the Community who she works with in harmony to treat the whole body. In my case, she has facilitated my recovery from a surgery through cardio and strength training. Additionally, she has provided valuable guidance on dieting, weight loss, and stress reduction which has produced steady results. If you are looking for a Personal Trainer who interprets the word "Personal" as a challenge to determine your unique needs based on your physiology and then design an interesting and challenging program to achieve healthy results, Rachel is the trainer you are looking for. read more

Rachel and Naz and their team have been working with my 80+ year old mom for a few years now. They are amazing! Not only do they help to keep her moving, not only did they help to GET her moving (after COVID and a surgery) but they are actually part of her safety net. They care about her and will check in with family if they think something is wrong. Way above and beyond the call of duty! They have encouraged her to make relevant dietary shifts, worked on balance and provided do-at-home age-appropriate strength training. Thank you for the work you do read more

This is an amazing service. They are really punctual and I feel like the workouts are designed for me.

I worked with Rachael and Nas for months on my scoliosis and have never seen results like I had with these amazing personal trainers. I've had scoliosis for about 6 years, and have seen significant progress ever since working together. Rachael and I started with bodywork and some work outs to strengthen my back, and then I started working with Nas to learn more exercises - seeing them both once a week. I truly feel better after working with them. Rachael seriously knows what she's doing and so does Nas. If anyone is considering working with these trainers, 100% do it. read more

Marissa Crockett at Concierge Personal Training is great. I'm a relatively fit senior but started out with back and shoulder issues. Marissa was able to adapt exercises that kept me safe but built strength and flexibility. I have gotten stronger and my balance is so much better as a result. We do a great warmup and, after exercise, a cool-down stretching period. The fact that my trainer comes to my home each week makes it so convenient. We work out with bands, dumbells, and she keeps mixing it up so I don't get bored. My increased stamina and flexibilty makes it so I can do kpop dancing, which I love. I look forward to my personal training each week, read more

Concierge personal training has changed my life! I started working out with Rachael and Naaz three months ago and not only I have lost 10 lbs, my whole view on food and exercise has changed. Rachael has helped me with stretches and exercises to avoid tension migraines (haven't had one since working out with her) and also supported me with tips to overcome my sugar addiction. I love how knowledgeable both of them are. I have less body pain, more energy and am happier about myself thanks to their guidance. I highly recommend Concierge Personal Training. read more

Rachael is awesome! I had a major back surgery just over a year ago and have been so afraid of working on gaining back my strength. I've been a client of Rachael's for a little over a year. I sought her out to build strength and increase my mobility. I had recently retired, and instead of being able to travel and enjoy life, I had a lot of pain in my hips and shoulders from arthritis. Rachael got input from my Physical Therapist and chiropractor and made sure her approach complemented the healing I was doing with other practitioners. After just a few months with weights and resistance exercises I got stronger, my pain started to recede and I became more mobile and flexible. Through my work with Rachel and her partner Nas and other healers, I've been able to avoid having a hip replacement and regained full use of a frozen shoulder. I'm most grateful to Rachel and Nas for working with me on specific fitness goals that have me again doing yoga, hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing activities that I was missing. With their help, I've become more consistent and knowledgeable about how to stay fit. I highly recommend Concierge Personal Training and Rachael Stoltz to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, caring and dedicated personal trainer. read more

I gym trained with Rachael several years ago and was thrilled to find that she offers in home training. My needs have changed due to old sports injuries and age related joint problems. I'm very happy with the results of Rachael's program for me to achieve greater strength, flexibility and improvement in my barre class abilities. She's adapts exercises so I can do them safely and also does trigger point work in areas of chronic pain which has helped tremendously. Rachael is dependable, organized and doll to work with. My first thought when I began to train with Rachael was, "this workout is different than anything I've done before!" The high impact workouts I'd been doing were starting to take a toll on my body and causing injuries. After a few weeks of pushing myself in training with Rachael I began to see great changes my body as it responded to working with challenging weights and high repetitions. She is meticulous about body positioning during exercise and is highly knowledgeable about stretching, nutrition, and avoiding injury. I actually felt confident in sleeveless tops this summer for the first time in probably 10 years! Thank you Rachael! read more
