This is a must visit if in or passing thru marathon key. We both had the Italian ice and vanilla custards large $7.49 each. The gentleman behind the counter quickly whipped up our order, one with ornage Italian ice and one with raspberry. They really hit the spot very light and fresh tasting. Will definitely be back again. Great spot for that after dinner treat. FYI they also have many home made ice cream flavors, including key lime pie. Will have to Tru on our next visit. Very clean inside, and they kept slinging the orders out fast.

Great spot for a sweet treat. My wife and I came here about four times over our ten day stay in Marathon. The lemon poppyseed ice cream was so good. Staff was always friendly which I feel can be hard to find with high school age kids. Shop was very clean as well.

An amazing find in the Keys that's open late! Despite the long line, the kids working behind the counter were hustling with a smile, and we barely waited 5 min. Homemade ice cream, Italian ice and custard, you couldn't go wrong with any of them. The flavors were great, especially for the ices. Really fresh and flavorful that didn't taste artificial. The consistency of the ice was great too, not slushy like some chain establishments. Marking this place as a favorite and we'll definitely be back. Please don't change anything!

Great little local ice cream shop. Went to a different place and noticed how all their ice creams were artificially flavored and colored (pistachio was bright neon green) so it was great to come here where the ice cream is actually natural and delicious. Got a regular sized in a cup with key lime ice cream and pistachio and both were good but key lime was phenomenal. Creamy and smooth yet still tart and tangy yet also sweet, it was the perfect balance of flavors. It was great and the price was decent, I hope they don't raise their prices. Seems like a nice family owned business. The girl who served us was very friendly and also cute. The older woman at the cash register was also very friendly. If I lived nearby, I would come here all the time. Next time I'm driving through the keys, I will be sure to stop here for the key lime ice cream.

My orange Italian ice and soft vanilla custard creation from Conch Custard was so refreshing and delicious on a hot day. The guys behind the counter were so polite and helpful. Cute little shop with ice cream type tables and chairs. You need to try it!!!

The ice cream is delicious, the place is super clean,, and the staff is always friendly. We recently moved to the Keys, and we are making it a tradition to have ice cream after dinner at least twice a month.

Quaint shop, warm and courteous staff and great homemade frozen custard and gelato. My wife had the lemon gelato with vanilla custard and my daughter had the pineapple gelato with vanilla custard. I was being a good boy and only had a taste of both. They were both great tasting and later I wish I had indulged. Highly recommend this shop. Oh they also have their own homemade ice cream. You will be happy you stopped in.

Came here with the family while on vacation. The staff was SUPER friendly, explaining everything, and not rushing anyone to order. I tried the homemade hard peanut butter cup and cookie dough. Both excellent. My kids loved the soft serve and my wife had an orange sherbet which she liked. Prices were very reasonable and portions were huge (smallest size was 12 oz, which is about 2x the ice cream I normally eat).

Great spot for ice cream and gelati! It was our first visit, so I was surprised at the many options and how clean the store was. Aiden helped us out and let us try a few samples with a smile on his face the entire time. I wasn't sure what to combine, so he suggested a mix of my favorite italian ice and vanilla soft serve. It's delicious. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a lighter treat after being out in the sun. read more

Excellent store! My husband had an old fashion, handmade malt (something he hasn't been able to find around here) and he loved it. I prefer non-dairy options. This was a memorable stop for our family. The ice cream and shakes were delicious. We sampled many flavors which just made it more difficult to decide because they were so yummy!! Nice variety of flavors, including non-dairy ices. Such a cute little shop with super friendly staff. My eight year old asked to go back every day that we were in the keys. Haha! Most concerning was that we left a significant portion of our food untouched, yet she never checked in or asked if anything was wrong--something I would expect at any restaurant, especially one as busy as this. Overall, while the atmosphere may draw a crowd, the food quality and service did not meet expectations. For comparison, I've had a far better grouper sandwich at Keys Fisheries Market & Marina, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope improvements can be made, as this location clearly has potential. This is the best ice cream place I have ever been to. The service is amazing. They are so freaking sweet it's insane. If you have not been there yet you gotta go. You have no idea what your missing out on. The ice cream itself is just amazing. It's different than sweet savanna's or carvel or any other ice cream place. They make everything home made. It tastes slightly different but also the is the same as regular as ice cream. I don't know how to explain it. It's softer and creamier. I love this place. read more

Highly recommend Conch Custard! We stumbled in after seeing their sign driving by a few times. The owner was fantastic, allowed us to sample all sorts before making our final decisions. The flavors were unique and all very good. She was able to give suggestions and some ended up getting a "creamsicle" mix of their orange gelati and vanilla custard- unbelievable.
