Ladies at the front don't tell everyone that you can check in and leave and they will call you on your phone to return. Would have liked that info when I checked in. Also, they will literally stop helping you at the counter and answer the phone and start helping them. Don't answer the phone and start helping them when I am standing there and you were helping me. Ok y'all. I NEVER do reviews, but seeing all of these bad reviews for this place really irks my soul. First and foremost, the staff is unbelievably sweet and professional! So for anyone saying they were rude, who started the problem? I was there for a few hours today, and witnessed their interactions with so many people. Every individual was treated with respect! I went in for a DOT physical and drug test. I had several people who I talked to in my time there, and everyone was incredibly kind! Yes, there is a wait time! But good lord do you see how incredibly busy they are? Do you see how many things they offer at this facility, and how much they have to deal with? By the time the doors were open there were at least 30 people in line before it calmed down, and that was for a split second! They also tell you upfront how long you're looking at. Is it always going to be accurate? No way. That's not how it works in the medical field because sh*t happens! Would you rather wait a few hours, or a few months to be seen by your PCP? I was sent awhile back to get checked cause my employer sent me there to get cleared from a accident. I went again today for a new employer who is hiring me and I got there when it opened at 8 am and left almost 2:30 pm. 6 hours waiting for a physical and my past experience was about 3 hours before. All I can say is something has to happen about that. I won't blame it on staff because many worked hard but the amount of doctors need improvement. Worst place .my husband did a walk-in for DOT physical and drug screen for a new job they told him at 8 when he was checking in 3/4 hrs.I work I'm the medical field I understand things ain't always work to plan and some visits take longer then others but to have him waiting 7 hrs literally from 8 until 4 pm .got the physical done at 12 and had to wait for a dr to speak to him about the results .They also have an appt system but appts are only for patients with an "illness" as they said or returning for the dr .but not everyone that goes here has that access to appts.not fair read more

I got here when they opened at 8am and waited one hour to get paperwork done for a 15-20 minute mask fit test and they quoted me 45 minutes to 1 hour and I've been waiting almost 3 hours. I stood in line for a DOT physical at 9:30am, there were two people in line ahead of me but didn't make it to the window until 10am. Once I got checked in, I was informed that there were 6 people ahead of me waiting for physicals and that there would be a 5-6 hour wait. This place opens at 8am so I doubt they were able to check in 6 physicals in addition to the other patients that were there for check ups and appointments in an hour and a half but I could be wrong. I was told I didn't have to wait in the lobby so that was good. I received a phone call at 1:10pm to come in to be seen. They entered my information and I gave a urine sample then was told to go back to the lobby to wait for "a room to open up". I was finally called to be seen again around 4:15ish. I was put into a room and sat there listening to lots of laughter and casual conversation for another hour before the physical finally started. Physical lasted a total of 2 minutes. Doctor was frustrated with something going on in the system that wouldn't allow the physical to be completed so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my DOT medical card. Stood in line at 9:30am and finally left the building at 5:45pm. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED A DOT PHYSICAL. The receptionists left before I did and there were people waiting after me. I went here for a physical for my class B lic they messed up on my documents went back to get it fixed and I had to wait one hour for them to fix their mistake! Went to DMV multiple times due to their error. They have long wait times even though they have no people and some of them are rude. Do your self a favor and don't go there. Bad service. read more

I had to go to concentra because of a work injury , The staff is nice and they also had a PA by the name of Amber in which she was a very compassionate person , I did three weeks of therapy that did not help at all ....after my 5th week I had to see a Dr Rollins in which he was the rudest Dr I have ever encountered in my life and he has a very nasty attitude...he looked in my chart for the first time and said that it was nothing wrong with me and that needed to go back to work immediately...He did not want to hear about my pain and told me "people like me are more sensitive "(I'm African American ) ....I have never felt so belittled in my life , and after seeing another Dr the following week and receiving an MRI they discovered that I do have problems......make a long story short AVOID this place by any means necessary......as far as Dr Rollins is concerned he should not be able practice medicine read more

I went to Concentra without an appointment expecting a long wait. I came in at 8:15 for a TB test and was told that the wait would be 45min-hour. After about 50 min, I was called back and the process was simple and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and I really appreciated the fact that wait was as long as they told me it would be. They did have a sign up saying to expect a 2-3 hour wait, so that's what I would expect going in there but you might be surprised with a shorter wait. :) read more

Avoid this place if possible. Unfortunately my husband had to come here because it was his employer's choice. It was 30 min before closing time. My husband was injured at work and had pain. They did nothing to help him besides a putting an elastic bandage on him. They took a look at his hand and said he could go back to work, ignoring him about his pain. He said he wanted x-rays done. They said that he would have to wait until Monday. Mind you, it was Thursday. We ended up going to the emergency room where we found out his hand was broken. read more

Where do I begin?! First of all 1 star is being generous. I came in 6 days ago for a physical. Showed up 20 minutes early to fill out any appropriate paperwork. Mind you I had a 8:30am appointment. Didn't get called up until 10:00am. Had to reschedule because I didn't bring a respirator for the fit test. Come to find out, I didn't even need it, per my employer. Anyway, I came back 6 days later (earliest available appointment they had) at 10:30am. It is now 12:30pm and I was told it will be about another 30 minute wait. I'm sitting here waiting as I write the review. If they do indeed see me in the next 30 minutes, that'll mark a 3 hour wait for a set APPOINTMENT!! And I can't leave because this physical is for a really good job. Fuck this place!! They take walk ins before appointments! It's fucking horse shit! This is the old US healthworks. The new Concentra is less streamlined and creates problems with scheduling people's appointments and not seeing their patients until 2 hours later on average. Your average American has the wait time of about 30 minutes and that's normal. Here at Concentra a wait time of 30 minutes would be a delight compared to the 2 hours I take waiting. The transfer from the old system to the new system creates another 30 minutes of time as well. I want to reschedule but the poor receptionist told me I can but I'd wait again for just as long because they have to re input my name again for concentra even though I've been a patient for US healthworks for over a year. Seems like concentra means cut workers and increase patients hence increasing profits. I have no choice but to seek services here as I'm on disability. But if I had a choice I wouldn't come here nor would I suggest this place for health care services. Peace read more

I am posting my review based on my experience I had last week. I hadn't had the time to post because of my work shift at the hospital. Luckily, I did take pictures while I was there because I couldn't believe this place. Let me start by saying the check in when you first walk in your greeted by two big tables blocking the front/reception area! That's a huge safety hazard for patients especially if they are physically disabled and are in a wheelchair or on crutches. I had to yell across so that the receptionist could hear what I was saying because they had this awkward machine operating in the lobby blowing out air! How is that sanitary or even safe while were in this pandemic? The last thing we need are fans blowing hot air at our faces with all the germs that are circulating in that establishment! It was over 100 degree weather! Why are they continuing to facilitate patients in these conditions when it's quite obvious they don't have the adequate or proper means of facilitating "patients" safely in their own establishment. The waiting area must have been 80 degrees even with that machine it was still hot! When I got called back to my room it was so much worse!!! I could hear staff complain about how hot it was and as I waited for the doctor in the room there was no fans in there! It was so incredibly hot in that room which I got left in for a very long time! They had forgotten me! After sitting in a hot humid treatment room for over an hour and a half I finally got called out. I had contacted my employer and told them my experience as they were the ones who sent me to this place. I will not be coming back to this medical office! Terrible! read more

Since they have bought out US Healthworks it is HORRIBLE! 4 visits of longer than 2 hour waits one was 3.5 hrs just after knee surgery with people bumping and hurting me getting in and out of the waiting room! Two times I have rescheduled after sitting so long in the waiting room. Today I come in at 920am and the entire waiting room is packed 3 chairs available, no staff present, I stand behind the red line, another person was standing in front of me. I stood for 12 min without seeing one staff, 3 more people came in after me. One on crutches, no staff present at all! After 13 min suddenly you see all the staff filled by in the back hallway. They were having a meeting?!?!?! WTF, it has already been 30 min since I have arrived and only taken 2 back! Staff meetings should be before or after work, not during the busy part of the day!!!
