I signed up for their "life time program". I have used them three time since then. Each time, I presented my resume to them and it was reviewed and within a few days, my resume was returned and off to the "races" I went. I'm retired now at aged seventy eight years old and I would highly recommend this firm should they keep their founders original beliefs.

VERY unprofessional! He lacks communication and customer service skills and I will never use or refer his service to anyone.

I find updating resume and CV a semi-stressful task and Beth always makes it fun and a flow. Her attention to detail is rare. Her understanding about building a consistent profile between cover letter and resume is not something I'd likely do on my own. I always have felt confident to send my materials out after she reviews or corrects them. Personally, I love returning to Beth for the consistent high quality professional work and all around friendliness she brings to her work. What could be a drag to have to keep up with, is made easy and actually enjoyable.

I never received any good news from them about leads or answers to conversations I had about my career aspirations (where they would be the one getting a commission for placing me) and I am a middle-level manager with a lot of skills. They seem to have a great recruitment model (Indeed, Craigslist, etc) and e-newsletter but there is little to show for it and I am sick of reading the newsletters knowing that it is all spin for their company. They have barely more than 10 listings ever, all for admin or secretary type work.

Let me just say after speaking with several recruiters by phone to find out who I wanted to work with, he was head and shoulders above the rest. His knowledge of the industry and specifically the West Coast was apparent from the start. We spoke at length, he reviewed my resume and a couple hours later he called back asking when I could start interviewing. He placed me with a well known broker that had everything I needed to be successful. The position wasn't posted, but Tom got them interested in me and helped me through the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Tom and IPS. I love my job. Thanks!

However, the wonderful and responsive people who run this business deserve 5 stars. In particular, Rich, Halle and Starr, have always been able to fill my last minute staffing needs and resolve any issues thoroughly. Rich is especially great during non-business hours when I get stuck in a jam. I recommend them to anyone hosting a large party, catering to business clients or even filling in for temp serving needs. They have a diverse group of people to pool from and are receptive to any special requests you may have. My office and clients would suffer without them.
