While other stores have laptops and other devices, Micro Center has John S. and other great team members to help you. John was very supportive, never pushy, quick to answer questions and very willing to not search for what we were looking for and provide us options. THAT is INCREDIBLY BENEFICIAL - some times you just need someone to help you get to what you are looking for, to weed through the many options and find just what you need. John S. provides that service for us. Separately from us appreciating the service, at least for our daughter's laptop, Micro Center's prices beat the competition. In addition, their warranty program will replace a broken device; had we had it, the broken hinge would have been covered.
