The reason they gave me was they were helping established customers. I get that but then maybe they should have something on their prerecorded message saying that it may be several days before you hear from them. When I did finally talk to someone it was pretty clear that they really didn't need my business. After trying to give them feedback on customer service I was told if I didn't want to do business with them now would be the time to say so. There are plenty of other IT people/companies out there. I will choose a company were I feel valued.

Unfortunately, my nearest Apple store was unhelpful in this and only wanted to sell me what I didn't need presently. I made an appointment at another Apple store location two hours from me. It's good I double checked at the last minute because this store location also neglected to schedule me on their appointment list even with verbal confirmation. The Geek Squad here, however, was able to take me at short notice today and was courteous, professional and prompt. There was also no upselling either. I wish I could've got the name of my attendant, but thank you to the tall young masked man wearing glasses! I'd use them again!
