A few weeks after using the computer, I shut the computer down, and then it would not fully turn back on. I would hit the power button, but the screen would keep going to a recovery screen, that wanted me to erase and recover the whole mac. I called apple and they suggested I go to Leading electronics. I walked in, and the gentleman who greeted me was very kind and helped me figure out what was happening. He then asked his coworker Adam to come out and look at the computer and he was able to determine the problem within seconds. He knew right away what he was going to need to do, how much it would cost, and how much time it would take...and he was right! He promptly fixed the problem, the cost was exactly what he said it was going to be, and he even called me back after nagging the shop with a phone call about how long it was going to take (which in my opinion is amazing, because how annoying is it when someone is nagging you to do your job faster, when what your already doing is fast! I felt bad for doing that later, but in my defense it's because I'm used to things like this not working out, taking way longer than expected, and being taken advantage of financially.) In all, this was a great experience, I'm so happy my computer is working properly. I'm posting this days after I had this experience because that's how much of a great impression they made on me.

They extracted all data onto a reasonably priced 2T hard drive. Present and previous work was well-explained and reasonable.
