Took to WI to have a look and it turned out there was some corrosion on the contacts (due to the fact that the screen had lifted and I had just taped it down and then got lazy when it eventually wore off the tape.... hence letting the moisture in... ugh.). the Screen was fixed the same day! Anyway, after that, the next day I discovered that the microphone wasn't working - that was quickly diagnosed and repaired (no charge) and then when the keyboard wasn't working (the following day), that too was repaired promptly and without charge. The guys are positive, honest and stand behind their work. No blaming. The only advice I would offer, is to ensure that a complete function check is done before the phone leaves the shop,.. But I can't be hard on them for this, because I saw many people (phone addicts) lining up to get their phones fixed and like addicts of any kind, the customers want their phones back FAST!

They never sent me the correct product (No perforation), then only wanted to refund me $50 of $350 order as a result. I had to chargeback the charge on my credit card through my bank. Poor customer service, poor print quality and just the wrong product at the end of the day. Will never order again. Also they say 5-7 business day turnaround. Took 21 days to get the wrong product.
