I'm usually only popping in to buy a single item that I may need in a pinch. I needed a very specific item recently (RS232 to USB adapter) and it's not something you can find just anywhere that sells say telephone charge cables and they had it. I went online to see stock levels which are broken down by stores in the entire region per item and thankfully they had it. It was sort of an urgent need and being close and usually having what I need in stock is a good thing. I can see if you're looking to build a power gaming system from scratch that you could walk into this place and walk out with absolutely everything you needed to do just that from every component and the variety of selection to customize something personalized just for you. The customer service here has always been helpful and friendly.

I took it in & while Andrew was working on getting it apart (it was stuck pretty good), Mike made the suggestion that he had used notebooks that could give me a good deal on & if the hard drive was still good, could put in a new notebook for me & that way I wouldn't lose any of my data. That's what we ended up doing & we were in & out in an hour & half. New notebook for me (plus a free computer bag) & no lost data. They made what I thought was a bad situation to making my day! We have been going to them for their excellent & knowledgeable service for a few years now & never disappointed. I was thrilled & would & have recommended their services to anyone in need of computer repair. Thank you very much Mike & Andrew.
