Recently bought my dress shoes from here, great quality shoe selection and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful!

They really hooked up my cowboy boots. I took them in because the sticker completely was coming off of one side. They put it back together, shined them up and made them look brand new! Gracias! read more

The good news: Despite being expensive, the shoe shine of my black dress shoes was nice - the shoes came out looking shiny and new. The bad news: A white hat, though, I had treated came out *worse* than when I brought it in. A smudge I wanted gone from the hat was actually spread around. And for another item, my formerly white tennis shoes, Computerized Cobbler wasn't able to whiten the flap in the middle that's below the laces - but they still charged me a whopping $50. The store needs to give you a heads up when they may not be able to clean your problem, and give a partial / whole refund when they can't fix it. It's not fair to charge $50 up front for a white shoe cleaning that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Bottom line: Avoid going to this place for whitening whites. And for other requests, I wouldn't pay for everything up front since they might not be able to do what they advertise. read more

READ PAST REVIEWS FIRST... When I attempted to return a pair of shoes, the owner shorted me approximately $20 on the return and then conveniently "lost" the itemized receipt in her disorganized mess behind the counter, which would have provided the facts surrounding the refund discrepancy. Having spent years in investigative law enforcement, I immediately recognized the red flags in how this transaction was handled. The lack of transparency and accountability was unacceptable, and the owner's demeanor when questioned only reinforced my concerns. My first mistake was...I should have read the reviews on this business before ever stepping inside this establishment. If you value honesty, integrity, and fair business practices, this is not the place for you and your money. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The owner does not know how to keep track of your receipt. I returned 2 pairs of shoes and she shorted me over $ 25 on the return and conveniently lost my receipt and then played stupid within a matter of minutes. Fraud. The Birkenstocks were $155 and the sandals were $110 which is $265 without tax. She only refunded $ 270 and could not explain how she got to that number. I guess this is how they stay in business so long by scamming people. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND DO NOT SHOP HERE. read more

Prepaid $160 in cash for 5 pairs of shoe heel replacement. Asked for itemized receipt for when I pick up so I'll have list of what shoes I left with them. Lady told me I had to pay additional $5 if I want receipt b/c she has to put in her register. Kept telling me they've been in business for 40yrs. this is how they've always done it. read more

Took in my LV vintage Petite Noe (bucket) bag for leather replacement. It came out perfect! The owner is very sweet and provided all the information I needed. I recommend 100%. It was half the time and less than half the price LV quoted me for the same job. I told them what parts I wanted replaced and what I wanted to leave off. They color matched the original leather so it still kept its vintage look. (Something they won't do at LV, they replace all leather with vachetta leather without the patina). I will be bringing in ALL of my luxury bags for repair ir treatment here. This cobbler doesn't have the online presence it should, so I'm hoping this review gets them more exposure! Thank you! I also had a pair of high heeled boots repaired. That was done within the same week! read more

Where's the NEGATIVE stars button?!? Not sure if this woman is the owner or just the sales associate, but she is an absolute MONSTER! We walked in with the intention of buying on the spot, found the shoes we were looking for, we're looking on our phone to see if it was the same style and model that we had found previously online and the woman immediately started hounding us and accusing us of only being in the store so we could see them in person and buy them online, we told her that was not our intent and she said that we can't even try them on if we're planning on buying them online, again we told her we're willing to buy them right there in the store. Bottom line is she was easily the absolutely rudest sales person we have ever come across, here we come to this already failing mall to spend our money and you have people like this blowing good customers out of the door, highly recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED, the owner must have no idea how much business they are losing by having this person represent them! read more

I went in to try some birk shoes. Mainly because I'm highly interested in them but never had one. So with that in mind I wanted to know how it fits. As soon as I walked, the owner goes "are you going to buy?" She said " I gotta go to lunch. And if I'm not buying I gotta close the shop for a bit" No wonder there are no customers. Never been so disrespected in my life as a customer. Why is there a negative star or 0 star on yelp? If you want to try or buy shoes, just go to Nordstrom. At least they got some decent human interactions and respect for you. read more

My Aunt and I walked into this store on Friday 1/19/24 and automatically the sales lady asked if she could help, we politely said we were looking. She preceded to still come over and hound us, if there is something that annoys me is a PUSHY sales person! Then the rude remarks just stopped us in our tracks! My aunt has issues with her feet, we have to be picky with what she buys, I showed her a pair (all while this lady is breathing down our neck) and mentioned the price, my aunt did not like the shoe (not the price, hell she pays more for SAS) this annoying lady immediately said to us "your not going to find CHEAP shoes here" we only sell good shoes here. Like did we look like we couldn't afford them? serious profiling here. Needless to say, we walked out. I was furious!! How dare this lady imply such a thing? i agree with the other one star review, and they lost a pretty big sale, since we ended up buying about $600 worth of shoes on SAS website. Your loss lady, keep your cheap shoes. And to anyone thinking about visiting this store, think twice. CUSTOMER SERVICE #%^*%# seriously. Lady was an older (late 50's maybe) Hispanic, spoke to us in Spanish (which I don't have a problem with, I read, write and speak Spanish) But if I am speaking to you in English, polite thing to do is respond in English. This lady needs a customer service training class, needs to not be harassing and pushy or disrespectful. You will lose business every time. read more

The lady who owns this store is very dishonest and rude and disorganized. I ordered vionic shoes size 7w and received an incorrect size. She takes your information down on her own receipts and then pockets your money because when the store corporation can replace the shoes and need an order number she doesn't have one and wont give one to you because she does things that are not legit and or ethical. Other than that most things in this store are marked up about 5 times the normal rate. read more

Great option the employee ordered such the small size shoe we needed thank you for making our Easter shoe perfect for the occasion. I bought a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and less than a week later the foot bed started pealing. I took them back in order to exchange them the owner said she couldn't take them back. She said she could send them to the factory but it would take a few weeks. I got mad and left and called Birkenstock factory to tell them what happened. They said they would intervene and speak to the owner. A few days later I got a call from the owner and she said she could provide me new ones and take the defective ones back and send them to the factory. In the end it was resolved but it wasn't pleasant read more

It's amazing how people start a business with zero customer service capabilities. What I assume to be the owner/manager was extremely disrespectful when we were about to spend over $200. Given her lack of gratitude in supporting her small business in this current economy, I left the items on the table and walked out all while she made little comments under her breath. Spend your money somewhere else they don't deserve your money. read more

My wife and I have been loyal clients for several years! We LOVE this place. Bertha is an amazing lady with fantastic selection and great service. I wish I could give a negative star. This woman, Bertha, is a sham. I have bought many items there over the years; I even wrote an amazing review for her 2 years ago at her request. But I have now been cheated and scammed and I am furious. Last January we brought several pr of shoes in for repair. Bertha had a case of high end purses that she said she sells on consignment. I looked at a small Luis Vuitton purse and she said she is very knowledgeable about LV's and verified it was real. She would only take cash for the purse. I was excited! She saw I had some other LV items and said they do LV repairs. I brought in a wallet where the stitching had come loose, she said her expert cobbler would have it done before I was leaving town in a few days. I went back in to pick it up and it wasn't ready. She said her cobbler would do it right away. I mistakenly paid for it while I waited. She was helping a customer when the cobbler finished; I took it and left. He DESTROYED it! He cut the canvas edging down so much that it doesn't meet the leather. I don't use it anymore because it looks terrible! But today took the cake! One of the chaps that holds the strap on the little LV I bought in January broke. It happens. I took it to the LV store in Scottsdale to send it in for repair. Two managers took a look at it and tried their best to gently suggest they didn't think it was real; but they would send it in to the repair center for verification. Yup. Fake. SHE SOLD ME A FAKE AND SAID IT WAS REAL. I took my wallet and purse in today, with my verification of payments to her. I asked about the items in the consignment case before telling her my woes. She again said the items are real. I then showed her my catastrophe of a repair on the wallet, and told her my purse was fake; she denied it being fake until I showed her my LV receipt for zero for fixing it....because it was NOT REAL. I asked what she could do for me. Nothing. I asked many times. Nothing. She then asked what I wanted, and I said half the price I paid for the fake purse that she said was real. Nope. Nothing. I did get rude and mad, not proud of that; but, I am totally unaccustomed to ZERO customer service. If she is selling and repairing items, she should stand behind the products and show some understanding for poor quality/fake items that she takes money for. NEVER give this woman your business....if anything goes wrong, your are on your own; tough S**t for you, stupid customer! read more

I brought in patin-leather shoes because there were a couple scratch marks and scuff marks. They charged me $25 up front to fix them.... They didn't fix anything! If anything they made them worse! She said that was the best he could do, which was nothing. He buffed out the scuff marks and didn't even gloss it over so now I have two dull marks. I wish they would have told me they didn't know how to work on patin-leather shoes I would have gone else where. Needless to say I will NOT be going back there nor recommending them to anyone. So upset read more

I found a comfy pair of slippers, and was immediately helped as soon as I walked in, I found exactly what I wanted, and size I needed.

I'm still so embarrassed about my bag. They ruined it. See my previous post. I didn't post a picture but here it us. She said that they fixed it and the way the know which side is because they put a black stitching and the right side is "green" It's all black stitching and they removed it. Like you RETURN a bag, with differenr stitching to mark what you worked on?? Like if i had a red coat stitching and you fixed it- you would mark it with blue because you worked on it. Lol....I caught her twice lying to my face. My poor bag :( read more

this place has the WORST customer service! an elder family member of mine went into the store and was unable to read the signs or receipt without her glasses so she verbally asked the cashier what the return policy was, she was told it was 30 day return/ exchange !!! she goes back to the store bc the shoes didn't work out and the "manager" was disgusting towards my aunt! told her she needs to always read the receipt, where's the compassion or respect. Even with their employee giving incorrect instruction they did not care and proceed to not budge, no store credit no return and the shoes were in perfect condition! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. if you want shitty, disrespectful customer service this is the place for you ! read more

So I've been working as a cash-n-carry landscaper ever since my coyot-e brought me back stateside, and daumm, it is hard work. The soles of my huarache's get all worn out in 6 months, and since I'm always savin' to buy little Nachito his Jordans, I gotta find a place to re-sole my old shoes to make em last. So I'm chillin at Sears in North County Fair while senora wifey is checking out the Kardashian collection....Oh yeah, Mrs. Nacho is built 'that' way ;) and I notice computerized cobbler. I go over and talk to the nice latina lady, and low-and-behold - I'm sold and am bringing my shoes back the next day for a resole. That's when I run into - or should I say crash into 'Jasmine'. Really, who isn't smart enough to work at a shoestore? Al Bundy worked at a shoestore for God's sake. Anyway, she quotes me totally different (higher) prices for resole than I was given yesterday. When I tell chica that she's way off, she goes ahead and gives me the lower price. Then she tells me the resole will take 2 weeks! Senora the other day said 3 days. So Jasmine changes her story again. Either she's trying to scam me or she is unable to read her own price sheet. Now to set the stage, Jasmine looks like Monica Lewinsky and could attend Romy & Michelle's high school reunion. She takes my shoes, then calls me a week later at 10PM!!!! to tell me they are ready. Damn lady...us gardeners sleep early cuz we gotta wake up early to mow your lawns! TEN AT NIGHT?!?!? Yeah, I know it's the Christmas season and you're open late, but have some respect!! So I go in the next day and my brown huaraches are now black! I'm like "What the F happened to my shoes???" She calls it 'overspray', and says she can fix it. Then I'm like "My new soles are glossy???" They were dull before and now they're GLOSSY? WTF happens if immigration shows up to my work and I gotta dive into some bush?? The light will catch them glossy's will give me away in no time. And she's like "We can fix that too". So 2+ weeks later, I finally get my shoes. The leather is frayed from the cobbler scrubbing off all the black rubber material and the soles look like they've been sandblasted to get them looking duller. My shoes were ugly to start, but now they're uglier. Jasmine won't give me the shoes unless I pay, and since there's work tomorrow and since El Jefe won't let me come to work barefoot, I hand over the cash and take them. Man am I irritated with the computerized cobbler. read more
