It arrived the next day and was replaced while I waited. It worked fine at first, but then, little by little throughout the week became less and less responsive. I brought it back and Sam apologized and said occasionally the manufacturer may have a defective screen, but it is rare. He still had my previous screen so he switched out the screens until the replacement was shipped. The replacement arrived promptly and Sam replaced it with the new screen while I waited.
