However, after speaking with the manager Lauren she's completely changed my outlook on this company. She really gives true meaning to "one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch". She took the time to listen to my complaints without invalidating them. I really appreciated that. I always feels awkward when I have to complain about a service, and she let me know that she understood.
