STORE #1211 Staples Macon, GA I went in to return an Amazon…read morepackage. There were no other customers, just me and my mother. I was at the return counter and my mother was a few feet away looking at an ad on the counter. It's the same advertisement that was posted outside. The lady looked up from her computer and asked my mother "can I help you?" My mother pointed at me and said she needs help. The lady walked over to her and literally took the poster out of her hand, rolled it up and walked away. My mother told the lady she gives her a hard time every time she comes in this store. The lady then assisted me. The only complaint I personally have is that she had her back to us and went to my mom first. Because she wasn't paying attention and could have assisted someone else before me all because she wasn't paying attention. My mother is very upset by the lady's actions. It's disappointing to see that other people have had similar experiences with this location. It's an older black lady with a grey wig named Gerladeline. I usually go to UPS for my returns and that's what I'll continue to do. Much faster. I feel sorry for stables but it seems as though they don't care. The rating is too low and and one TOO MANY negative reviews.

They are very affordable; will never go elsewhere for my printing needs when in the GA area. They lose one star because the black and white copies had splotches on them like something went terribly wrong with the ink powder in the cartridge.

But I didn't want to risk the package not being picked up or lost at any other location because I don't have $2500 to pay for a heart monitor. She gave me my confirmation tracking as requested. Truly don't understand the low ratings...I shop Amazon so I use this location to return items and I…read morehave two businesses so that means lots of packages...the staff there are professional, fast, and know what they are doing...Whoever is training the staff there keep up the good work...It's a young African American male and a Caucasian man that there are there almost EVERYTIME I go and they are just good spirited people...always trying to help the customers (not just myself but other customers that come in also)...it's a busy store but they get you in and out...highly recommended
