They accept walk ins but signing up for an appointment spends it up a little by getting all your info in the system ahead of time. I had a screen issue with my Pixel 8 that was under warranty (there's a Google site you can put your info into to see when your warranty expires). They confirmed that the phone was under warranty and the issue I had would be covered. I overheard them giving very reasonable quotes to others in line that were not under warranty. We dropped it off and had it back within 4 hours! We'll be back with any other tech issues. Lots of meters available and a parking garage. A few 15 min free spots.

Well we had to drive into the shop to inquire after never hearing from them. The BIGGEST issue was that they quoted us something that didn't pass our replace vs fix decision so we picked it back up. On a trip back to MN we got another opinion on the issue and it ended up being for about a third of the cost for a completely different part than we were told at this shop. Something's not right here.
