this evening I ran into an issue with my HP OfficeJet pro printer, where it was as if there's a space between the print head and the paper where no ink was touching the paper and it was driving me nuts and I could not figure out what was wrong. I found this gentleman on yelp. I gave him a call. explained my issue, and if he would consider possibly repairing it. He explained to me that the repair more than likely be more than the cost of a new printer. Explain to me, why certain brands are better than others and what brands have more issues. He did not try to sell me on a printer, but recommended 2 brands and suggested that I just buy a new printer especially if I've had this printer longer than five years and with today's life expectancy on inkjet printers. He also said that he recommends to his clients if they're trying to print photos, to just put the photos on a flash drive and go to CVS or Walgreens and use their high-quality print machine with photo paper as that will yield best photos at the end of the day and not waste ink for subpar photos. at the end of the phone call, I felt very confident that this individual knows what he's talking about, and if we had given him the repair opportunity, that he would be very thorough as he was very professional on the phone very knowledgeable, and was a big help. Not many people would turn away business and make a recommendation to buy something new , especially when a repair may fail in the future on something so old potentially requiring that customer to come back, resulting in repeat business. He flat out suggested we buy a new printer, and I appreciate him being honest. If you are looking for computer repair or anything tech related and it's a service that he offers, I highly recommend you at least give him a phone call and explain what you're trying to do or what's going on and you'll see what I'm talking about, you will soon realize that he is the right man for your job. he is definitely going in my phone under favorites for future calls requiring his expertise. thank you again, sir! read more

Guy brought my dead desktop back to life within a couple of hours. I was pulling my hair out. Guy came to the house, which I'm grateful for. I was dreading having to take my computer to a tech. He was thorough and pleasant. He left me instructions on what to do if it ever happens again. He also made notations for himself so that if there is a next time, he'd know what he's dealing with in advance. Thanks, Guy. read more

We didn't want to lug the old computer around also we looked on yelp for someone who could help us. We contacted the Computer Guy and he responded within a few hours. I spoke with him about my laptop computer I have had for a few years and determined it would be in my better interest to purchase a new one rather than repairing this one based on our conversation.
