I took it to the big box store the computer was purchased from and received no help except to tell us to buy another computer. Then I found Express PC which was located close to our business. I brought it in and it was diagnosed with a bad hard drive. It needed to be replaced and I asked if any information could be recovered (especially all our client records) and they said they would try but it was unlikely. The next day they called to say they were able to recover all the data!! They transferred all the info to a newly installed hard drive. The service was amazing. The price was reasonable and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Express PC. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Not only did I get high quality personable care, I got a lesson on what to do and look for next time! I've never felt more confident leaving a store knowing I got high quality at the best price. Now my price was undeniably the best. I can't even fathom the good graces I received. It was truly a Christmas present from a SAINT. Have you ever heard of Miracle on 34th street? Well this was Miracle on 44th and Kalamazoo! I'm telling you. You will not be disappointed. If you've never been in there they have a whole screen rotating base prices which is great! I like to know what I'm going to spend. I'm grateful to AJ (I hope that's your name good sir) he's made the Christmas a whole less stressful. I will be returning when the next problem arrises.

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

Turns out the computer itself was fried but I was desperate to get back the docs I was working on when it crashed. They allowed me to use their equipment/space/time to save everything I could off the extracted hard drive onto my Dropbox. I wasn't able to find the docs I was working on in Word because they had never been saved. Yet, the tech there was able to do some magical coding/typing and located the unfinished/unsaved docs I thought I had lost forever! Very kind and patient and accommodating. I will always go back there when/if I need service. Note: It looks really confusing from the outside - is it a jewelry store? Antique store? Computer shop? The website is also really confusing. But if you just step inside the door to the shop, you'll see that the computer folks are to the left and they will help you from there. (Basically, it's a family-owned company with multiple businesses in the same building.)

And when she showed up I thought....hmmm.....I didn't do any research on this business and I'm handing my phone to a stranger with a car! So I did ask her if she had any assurances that she would not drive off with my phone. She gave me none other than to say "I'm in your driveway and I haven't been paid??" So I wrote her license plate# down and sat by my window. It took her 15 minutes to replace the glass on my phone! Amazing. All-in-all from scheduling, service time and friendliness, was great! But as mentioned it would be good if they could come up with something that made me feel a little better about handing over my phone.
