When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

That's right, now we have to worry about the back of the phone as well as the screen, haha. The phone still worked fine, but the broken glass was getting worse so I called around to a few different companies to get quotes. UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.
