So when notifying Rumpke about being unhappy with the fee they cancelled my whole payment and said mail in payment. Of course they could have just refunded the fee and took the payment. So now they will have to deal with the mail delay TA DA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also notified my city mayor & clerk to let citizens know. Not sure why a large company uses a process the charges this fee.

Just watched the driver pick up my container and leave the mattress and box springs. Called Rumpke immediately and instead of sending the driver back they are now scheduling a separate pick up 24 to 48 hours later. This presents a terrible look for me in the Tara Plantation Pointe community. Just another example of a lousy company with bad communication and a lack of concern for customer service.

I don't remember the girls name that answered the phone when my husband and I called but she was absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Our concern was SIMPLE. We simply wanted to know when our Recycle Bin would be returned back to us since it was taken from us last week WITHOUT an explanation. We were told last week after the Recycle Bin was taken that we would have it back THIS week which would be TODAY and it was NOT brought back to us. The girl on the phone was acting CHILDISH as if we were asking for a Million bucks and not our recycle bin. I don't know what type of training Rumpke provide their employees but if their not able to COMMUNICATE then they simply DO NOT need to be working in their customer service department.
