We asked around and one of our friends said call PrimeCare because they had a similar issue and they were able to help. We called and spoke to Mindy who was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and friendly unlike a lot of other pharmacies we called and she told us for sure she had the drug in stock and did not have any issues getting it each month. Bingo, Finally! Mindy contacted our other pharmacy to get the prescription transferred and within a couple hours had everything they needed. They contacted us to tell us it was ready...so easy and fast! They also have a delivery service, which we will likely use next time, but this time we went into the pharmacy to pick it up and Mindy and the other person working were just as nice in person. Really happy with them and so glad we asked our friend for help!

Instead of apologizing, Danielle made it super awkward but got her revenge by making me wait 25 minutes for an in-and-out flu shot. She seemed super uncomfortable around me and muttered under her breath as I left. I did not complain more than initially saying I had been waiting since before she helped the couple who came in after me.
