The members are also a variety of ages and fitness levels. I first enrolled in the prep course and Maria worked with me at a time that was convenient to my schedule. She went through different exercises and made sure I had proper form. I have only been to the CrossFit classes, but after each time I am go, I leave feeling good and ready to take on the day. You sign up through Zen planner to secure your spot and then just show up! The equipment is in good condition and the owners have put out spray bottles and cloth for wiping down the equipment when you're done. What I really love is that the coaches walk around and give you pointers and tips; they're not just cheerleaders encouraging you to do more and push harder. I'm happy I signed up and am excited to see how my fitness level improves!

They also sent many text messages stating how they look forward to seeing me and to "make sure to be on time". Well, on the day of, I was on time. However, their studio was dark, the door locked, and no one answered my call or text. I stayed for 10 minutes, giving them the benefit of many something unpreventable happened and they were running late, although I was on time as they requested. I expected a phone call or a text message explaining the mixup sometime in the day. Nothing. No call back w a message. No text message. Were they maybe embarrassed? Did they mixup the day and time?
