We were having a problem with our water softener. We had one of the big name repair companies come out and look at the system. They recommended either replacing the control system for $2,000 or buy a whole new system for $7,000. I called Complete Water Systems for a second opinion. Brian came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the system. He spent the time and thoroughly tested everything. He narrowed the problem down to a $150 part. He orders the part, came back within a few days and installed it. So far the system is back working normally and they saved us a bunch of money. He was very professional, nice, courteous and cleaned up after he was done. I not only recommend Marko and Complete Water Systems, LLC to do this type of work for everyone but also for Senior Citizens who are on a fixed income. They charged me $960.00 to put in my new kitchen sink and faucet and my R/O system. (I supplied my own kitchen sink and faucet). Anytime plumbing wanted to charge me $960.00 just to put in my kitchen sink and faucet (which I supplied). Parker and Sons wanted to charge me $1,950.00 for just the R/O system that fits up under the sink for clear drinking water. The Plumbing Guy, they were a little better at $1,465 for both my kitchen sink, faucet and R/O system, however, when I wanted them to just put the sink in first they went from about $525.00 to $625.00. In the end no one could beat Complete Water Systems, LLC for price. I am a senior citizen living off of social security and pension and price is everything to me. I found Complete Water Systems on yelp and with the five star reviews I decided to call them. Spoke to James and fortunately we were able to set up an appointment with Brian for the following day. Fortunately as I had found a leak from a line in my RO system. Brian actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had a cancellation. In less than 1/2 an hour he found the leak, replaced a fitting, cleaned up and was gone. I would definitely recommend CWS. read more

We had a water softener installed in December and like everything I do, I like to get at least 3-5 quotes. I used the user ratings in Yelp and took those who rated the highest. I could not be happier with my decision. Brian was our service guy and he was so informational when I was getting the quotes and provided me good information that helped me with my decision. In the end they actually were also the most reasonable which was a bonus. I was super happy with the final results and the unit, in addition he did a great job on the installation. I've been waiting to write my review because there was a minor issue discovered after the fact and I wanted to see how they would handle it. I'm happy to report, they had no issues taking care of it and owned it completely. It was a small drywall infraction who they had their drywall guy come out and fix, who also did a great job. It's not often you find a company that is worthy of trust, but this one has earned mine. I had a fitting crack on an existing system. I expected a hard sell on a new system. What I got was a great greeting on the phone that worked with me to identify the type of system and issue. They offered repair with not even any discussion of replacement. Ryan, the tech, showed up right on time, masked up and ready to go. He fixed the problem in minutes, educated me on my system (never knew much about it other than add salt when the shower turns scaly!), tested my water, and never tried to sell more. I asked about options, he said he'd be glad to email me with some info. I am happy to write this review for Complete Water Systems LLC. I shopped around and found CWS LLC to carry the same systems as others, with the same Clack control head (very important, as this is the brain). CWS LLC was priced $355 cheaper than the next competitor (installation included in the unit, and no sales tax on the invoice). Price isn't the only reason I recommend these guys. I wasn't forced to buy a system, or pressured by the guy that showed up (Brian). He simply gave me the low down (which I already knew) and provided a recommendation. I ended up going with the cabinet style which wasn't offered by the other guys. So a no hassle, no pressure company with very competitive prices, great warranty work, and quick/easy installation. CWS gave me a number of options, all carefully explained in writing, and once selected, kept me well informed of the process. After Brian came out and installed my system, I had to disconnect it in order to have my garage floor coated. I was unable to reconnect it, so he promptly came out again and fixed me up. This is a long-overdue review, but just wanted to give a public thank you to James and his team. Finding out the truth about water softening and purification was no easy task, and there seem to be legions of companies out there that will try to CONvince you to spend many thousands on their high-tech systems to save you from the perils of hard/bad-tasting water. Don't be fooled, go with a company that will give it to you straight. I met James at the home show (along with about a dozen other water treatment guys). His initial estimate came in at a fraction of most of the other companies that I spoke with. He was prompt and courteous when he came to my home to give a more precise estimate, and while he offers the more expensive systems, was very honest about what system would best meet my needs (one of the less-expensive systems). His install team was top-notch. Just great guys with a super work-ethic and attitude. Made an appointment for an on site estimate with CWS, Brian came out spent a few minutes looking over my requirements. I needed a loop installed. He gave me a very fair estimate for the loop install. He gave me an estimate on a water softener, went over a few options to meet my needs. No high pressure sales, just options. He gave me a very fair price estimate. I got a formal written estimate the next day. I made an appointment for the install. Brian came out the day of the install, explained in detail what he was going to do. The loop install was by far the most work. Brian got all finished in about 5 hours. Explained in detail the system operation, throughly cleaned the work area. I waited a week or so to write this review. The system is working great. If you are looking for a quality company for a soft-water system that will not break the bank I highly recommend CWS, a local company the cares more about getting it right then just getting your money. read more

We called Complete Water Systems for a price quote on a new Fleck valve for our water softener. We spoke with James, who verbally quoted a price over the phone and then followed up with an email. The price was much less than another local company, plus James offered to deliver the part to our home within a day. When asked, James also quoted a price to install the valve. The price was reasonable, and he offered to install it within 2 days, so we asked to have the valve installed as well. Brian called before arriving to ask if he could come early since he was running ahead of schedule. He installed the valve, tested the system, and also tested the water inside the home to make sure everything was working properly. He even took the time to look at the old Fleck valve and let me know why it had failed. I couldn't ask for anything more. Our home water softener was kaput and I needed to find a reputable company to install a new system. After doing some research on the internet to get educated on the various water softening systems on the market, I then contacted 3 businesses in the Phoenix area. I decided to go with Complete Water Systems (CWS). They were very professional on the phone and provided me an on-line quote after my conversation. CWS' price was a couple of hundred $ less for the same system from one of their competitors and I scheduled them to install our new system. The installer (Bryan) was great. He contacted me before the scheduled time to see if he could come out early - nice! Bryan went above and beyond to check things out to do the install and was very good at explaining the system.
